    Abstract: Provided is a method of serum-free culturing corneal limbal stromal stem cells and inducing them to differentiate and form spheres. Also provide is a medium combination for inducing corneal limbal stromal stem cells to form spheres or differentiate into corneal limbal stromal cells in vitro. The serum-free medium combination used herein can provide sufficient nutrients and a good environment required for cell growth and proliferation, can provide a stable in vitro expansion of corneal limbal stromal stem cells and can ensure that the expanded corneal limbal stromal stem cells keep their stemness and specificity. In addition, a system for inducing them to differentiate into corneal limbal stromal cells is successfully built. It can be used in experimental studies of corneal limbal stromal stem cells, cell therapy of corneal lesions and transplant for corneal injury.

When a data processor gives a response to an interrupt routine, a return address and a binary key are input to an encryption circuit to be encrypted to obtain an encrypted return address, and the obtained encrypted return address is synchronously written into a stack of the data processor and an built-in register bank; when the response given to the interrupt routine by the data processor is finished, the encrypted return address is read from the tack of the data processor and the built-in register bank; afterwards, the two encrypted return addresses are decrypted by first and second decryption circuits respectively to obtain two decrypted return addresses; and the two decrypted return addresses are compared to draw a conclusion whether the data process suffers from a control flow attack, and data processor determines to continue or terminate the routine accordingly.

The process of preparing the nanoemulgels is simple and the formation of nanoemulgels is spontaneous. Penetration enhancers are included in the compositions of the transdermal nanoemugels. The compositions have penetration power with emollient effects to the skin. The transdermal drug delivery system may be applied to skin in a single dose that produces pharmacologically effective blood concentration of the potent drug for one week or up to one month depending on the amount and thickness of the applied nanoemugels in the transdermal matrix patches. The nanoemulgels can be used for topical delivery of NSAID.

Each of the three voter circuits is connected between the second input end and the output end of each of the three delay-locked loops to delay the phase of the intermediate clock signal by the phase difference. The voter circuit receives the intermediate clock signal from each of the three delay-locked loops, and outputs an output clock signal according to the logic of the intermediate clock signal from each of the three delay-locked loops. The phase difference compensates for the phase delay of the intermediate clock signal passing through the voter circuit.

    Abstract: Techniques for making fluid flow devices are described. The technique is based on radiation-induced conversion of a radiation-sensitive substance from a first state to a second state. With adjustment of the radiation parameters such as power and scan speed we can control the depths of barriers that are formed within a substrate which can produce 3D flow paths. We have used this depth-variable patterning protocol for stacking and sealing of multilayer substrates, for assembly of backing layers for two-dimensional (2D) lateral flow devices and for fabrication of 3D devices. Since the 3D flow paths can be formed via a single laser-writing process by controlling the patterning parameters, this is a distinct improvement over other methods that require multiple complicated and repetitive assembly procedures.

    Abstract: A semantic segmentation method and system for a high-resolution remote sensing image based on random blocks. In the semantic segmentation method, the high-resolution remote sensing image is divided into random blocks, and semantic segmentation is performed for each individual random block separately, thus avoiding overflow of GPU memory during semantic segmentation of the high-resolution remote sensing image. In addition, feature data in random blocks neighboring each random block incorporated into the process of semantic segmentation, overcoming the technical shortcoming that the existing segmentation method for the remote sensing image weakens the correlation within the image. Moreover, in the semantic segmentation method, semantic segmentation is separately performed on mono-spectral feature data in each band of the high-resolution remote sensing image, thus enhancing the accuracy of sematic segmentation of the high-resolution remote sensing image.
