    Abstract: The present disclosure provides recombinant Pichia pastoris, a construction method thereof, and use thereof in the efficient preparation of 15?-D-ethylgonendione, and belongs to the technical field of fermentation engineering. In the present disclosure, with Pichia pastoris as a host, 15?-steroid hydroxylase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) are simultaneously induced in a manner of intracellular enzyme production for the first time, and the Pichia pastoris whole-cell induction and catalysis mode is used to achieve the conversion of D-ethylgonendione with high substrate loading and high conversion rate.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a carbon nanotube/polymer composite material, including: coating a nano-silicon oxide film on the surface of a porous polymer by vacuum coating; depositing a metal catalyst nano-film on the nano-silicon oxide film by vacuum sputtering; growing a carbon nanotube array in situ on the surface of the porous polymer by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition to obtain a carbon nanotube/polymer porous material; and impregnating the carbon nanotube/polymer porous material with a polymer and curing to obtain the carbon nanotube/polymer composite material. By using a heat-resistant polymer having a high heat-resistant temperature and a PECVD technique, a carbon nanotube array directly grows in situ on the surface of a polymer at a low temperature, which thereby overcomes the defects of the composites previously prepared, in which carbon nanotubes are difficult to be homogeneously dispersed and the interfacial bonding force in the composites is weak.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a supported PtZn intermetallic alloy catalyst, a method for preparing the same and application thereof. The catalyst uses SiO2 as a support and Zn as a promoter, and a small amount of active component Pt is supported; the weight percentage of Pt is 0.025%-1%, and the weight percentage of Zn is 0.025%-1.7%, a co-impregnation method is adopted in preparation, the SiO2 support is impregnated in aqueous solution of chloroplatinic acid and zinc nitrate, and then drying and high-temperature reduction are performed to obtain a PtZn/SiO2 catalyst. The catalyst has the advantages of high activity, high stability, low price and low toxicity. The catalyst provided by the present application is applicable to preparation of alkene through short-chain alkane dehydrogenation, in particular to preparation of propylene through propane dehydrogenation in a hydrogen atmosphere.

The continuous variable of valve timing and real-time adjustment of valve lift are realized by the control of a three-position four-way servo valve, driven by the high-pressure oil and monitored by a displacement sensor. The efficient engine combustion system with multiple combustion modes employs different combustion modes under different engine conditions, so as to ensure optimal thermal efficiency under different operating condition regions.

The geometric parameters and corresponding mechanical field parameters are obtained by spatial interpolation of the three-dimensional parameter lattice accumulated by several layers of single-layer rock parameters. The holographic scanning system and method can obtain the real spatial distribution of various media in rock samples.

    Abstract: A crystalline form of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide, with a large particle size, which belongs to a triclinic crystal system and space group P-1. A crystallization method for making the crystalline form of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide, comprising adding a solid of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide to a solvent and mixing; followed by heating to 50 to 70° C. to achieve complete dissolution; cooling the solution to room temperature; and adding an anti-solvent to the resulting solution to cause precipitation of crystals. The crystals are allowed to grow at a constant temperature for 10 to 60 minutes, so as to give a slurry containing the crystals. Said slurry is subjected to filtration and then drying to obtain the crystalline form of phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide.

    Abstract: A Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with high yield of ethyl butyrate and a construction method and an application thereof are provided. The strain is obtained by over-expressing in the starting strain acetyl coenzyme A acyl transferase gene Erg10, 3-hydroxybutyryl coenzyme A dehydrogenase gene Hbd, 3-hydroxybutyryl coenzyme A dehydratase gene Crt, trans-2-enoyl coenzyme A reductase gene Ter, and alcohol acyl transferase gene AAT. Compared to the starting bacteria not producing ethyl butyrate, the yield of ethyl butyrate of the constructed strain reaches 77.33±3.79 mg/L, the yield of the ethyl butyrate of the strain with double copy expression of gene Ter and gene AAT reaches 99.65±7.32 mg/L, increased by 28.9% compared with the EST strain, and 40.93±3.18 mg/L of ethyl crotonate is unexpectedly produced.

The other end of the switch S9 is connected to a reference voltage Vref.
