Abstract: The present invention relates to a leak detection method for GIS based on vibration signals and belongs to the technical field of apparatus for detecting or reacting mechanical or electrical troubles. The method is carried out by the following steps: 1) Installing a vibration sensor on each connecting flange of each gas-tight chamber of the GIS; 2) Starting the GIS; 3) Acquiring the vibration signals of sensors when the GIS operation is stable after starting; 4) Doing de-noise processing on the collected vibration signal; 5) Doing 4-layer wavelet packet decomposition of the vibration signal after noise reduction to obtain the energy proportion of the vibration signal in each frequency band; 6) Analyzing the energy proportion of the vibration signal in each frequency band in step 5), Then alarm to notify the relevant personnel. Return to step 3) until the fault has been solved.

Abstract: Provided is a leak-proof lubrication system for a power device, comprising an oil supply pump inlet pipe, an oil supply pump, an oil supply pressure gauge, an oil supply pump outlet pipe, an oil supply filter, a lubricating oil, an oil storage tank, an oil return pipe, an storage tank pressure gauge, a vacuum pump intake pipe, a vacuum pump inlet air filter, a vacuum pump and a vacuum pump exhaust pipe. The system employs a negative pressure operation method in which the pressure of the lubrication system is controlled to be lower than the outside ambient pressure, which allows a small amount of air to flow from the outside to the inside of the lubrication system along with the lubricant to return to the storage tank, preventing leakage of the lubricant from connection joints. It is suitable to be used for gas turbines or other high-speed power machines.

Abstract: A method for predicting fishing access of Katsuwonuspelamis purse seine fishery in the Central and Western Pacific adopts the statistical data per year before the forecast year to the previous 16 years, including year, month, longitude, latitude, fishing effort (the number of nets) and the catch (ton) in an important operation waters of 5°S-5°N, 125°E-180°E, a sea surface temperature anomaly (SSTA) in the Nino3.4 area and the sea surface temperature (SST) in the operation waters. A sea area is denoted by 5°×5° spatial resolution, the production statistical data of the sea areas are matched with the corresponding environmental data one by one to obtain the relationship between different SSTA and SST ranges of each sea area and the corresponding initial value fishing effort, a fishing access prediction model of each sea area is established by using a normal distribution model.

Abstract: A hot wire anemometer circuit has a calibrate subcircuit and an operate subcircuit which are selectively invoked via a user-activate mode switch. The calibrate subcircuit includes a detector configured to compare an amplified sensor voltage with an amplified drive voltage and output an indicator signal when the two voltages match. The drive voltage is derived from a user-adjusted drive resistance of a bridge subcircuit. The operate circuit includes a feedback loop which provides a signal to a bride node of a bridge circuit. After a sensor is connected to the anemometer circuit, the drive resistance is adjusted until the indicator signal is produced, signifying that the circuit is tuned and impedances are matched to prevent oscillations. A slewing network protects the sensor by shorting the drive resistance upon switching the anemometer circuit to the calibrate mode from the operate mode, and gradually restoring the drive resistance when switching back.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a filter assembly for a medical image signal and a dynamic decimation method using the same. The filter assembly includes a decimation filter that includes an integer number of multiplier accumulators (MACs), changes a cut-off frequency depending on a bandwidth of the medical image signal received through a dynamic impulse response update, and performs a decimation with respect to the received signal according to a decimation ratio, wherein the decimation filter determines a filter coefficient corresponding to an integer interval so as to up-sample the received medical image signal and supplies the filter coefficient to the MACs.
