    Abstract: Disclosed herein are modified zeolites and methods for making modified zeolites. In one or more embodiments disclosed herein, a modified zeolite may include a microporous framework including a plurality of micropores having diameters of less than or equal to 2 nm. The microporous framework may include at least silicon atoms and oxygen atoms. The modified zeolite may further include organometallic moieties each bonded to a nitrogen atom of a secondary amine functional group comprising a nitrogen atom and a hydrogen atom. The organometallic moieties may comprise a hafnium atom that is bonded to the nitrogen atom of the secondary amine functional group. The nitrogen atom of the secondary amine function group may bridge the hafnium atom of the organometallic moiety and a silicon atom of the microporous framework.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of electrocatalytic electrode preparation, and discloses a lead dioxide-carbon nanotube adsorptive electrochemical submicroelectrode, a preparation method, and use thereof. The electrochemical submicroelectrode according to the present invention comprises multiple layers of orderly arranged spherical lead dioxide submicroholes communicating with each other, where the carbon nanotubes are partially or completely inserted (in the form of twigs) in the lead dioxide hole and in the wall of the hole. The combined effect of adsorption and catalysis inside the submicroreactor effectively solves the problems of low catalytic efficiency and diffusion control associated with the conventional flat lead dioxide electrode, thus greatly improving the electrochemical catalytic performance of the electrode.

According to the present disclosure, the actual aging stages of the SBS-modified asphalt can be determined rapidly and accurately, providing a reasonable basis for the decision on pavement maintenance timing and mode.

    Abstract: Present invention is related to a metallic particle-deposition substrate having a metal substrate and multiple metallic particles attached thereon. The metallic particles are nano-particles with at least 90% of these nano-particles as single layer being evenly dispersed on the metal substrate. The metal substrate has different material than the metallic particles in each preferred embodiment in the present invention. More preferably, at least 80% of the metallic particles have the distance between each metallic particle is at a range of 2-6 nm for better generation of hotspot effects. The present invention provides a fast production method for producing the substrate with heterogeneous interface. The metallic particles are evenly attached to the surface of the metal substrate to obtain better surface enhanced Raman effect as to apply for sensors in all kinds of field.
