Abstract: An integrated centralized vacuum interconnection system device is provided, which belongs to the field of vacuum interconnection technology. The device includes an interconnection tower, the top of the interconnected tower is connected with an evaporation pattern direct writing device, the interconnected tower is connected with a combined modular measuring device on the adjacent side below the evaporation pattern direct writing device, the middle of the interconnected tower is connected with a fast extension module device and a fast separation damping device respectively, a side of the middle part of the interconnected tower and the lower part of the middle part of the interconnected tower are equipped with a combined modular evaporation device. The present invention provides an integrated centralized vacuum interconnection system device that integrates sample preparation, sample characterization, device fabrication, and comprehensive measurement components.

Abstract: A pre-disintegrated soft rock embankment structure based on spatial function zones and a design method thereof are provided. The embankment structure includes an embankment shear control zone, an embankment settlement control zone, and an embankment shear-settlement control zone. The embankment shear control zone is a zone in which a shear failure ratio is greater than a predetermined value. The embankment settlement control zone is a filled zone right below a top surface of an embankment. The embankment shear-settlement control zone is an intersection of the embankment shear control zone and the embankment settlement control zone. The provided structure and method improve the shear strength, stability, and durability, reduce footprint, shorten a settlement duration after construction, and solve engineering problems such as low slope ratio and large deformation of an embankment due to a long period of subsequent disintegration in the prior art.

Abstract: A method is disclosed to dynamically design acceleration units of neural networks. The method comprises steps of generating plural circuit description files through a neural network model; reading a model weight of the neural network model to determine a model data format of the neural network model; selecting one circuit description file from the plural circuit description files according to the model data format, so that the chip is reconfigured according to the selected circuit description file to form an acceleration unit adapted to the model data format. The acceleration unit is suitable for running a data segmentation algorithm, which may accelerate the inference process of the neural network model. Through this method the chip may be dynamically reconfigured into an efficient acceleration unit for the different model data format, thereby speeding up the inference process of the neural network model.

Abstract: The metallic crystal structures inspired edge-to-edge tessellations and a tessellation based lattice structures are disclosed. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the invention, basic unit lattice cells are stacked and connected to constitute a three-dimensional tessellations, wherein each of the basic unit lattice cells comprises a multiple flat connecting portions formed on a surface of the basic unit lattice cell and intersecting with a multiple of axes intersecting in a center of the basic unit lattice cell, and the flat connecting portions of one of the basic unit lattice cell is connected to the flat connecting portions of the adjacent basic unit lattice cell to constitute a connection structure of edge-to-edge tessellation. The formed tessellations are periodically tessellated in a design domain to form different tessellated lattice structures. The Functionally Tessellated (FT) lattice structures composed of different tessellations by interlocking into each other are also disclosed.

Abstract: Operating a selector device that controls access of a signal to a memory element may comprise applying a main operating voltage pulse and a refresh voltage pulse to the selector device. The refresh voltage pulse and main operating voltage pulse have opposite polarities. The refresh voltage pulse reduces a difference between the threshold voltage and a turn-off voltage of the selector device, and may be applied immediately before or immediately after the main operating voltage pulse. Abstract: Methods of labeling, amplifying, and sequencing mitochondrial DNA are provided. The labeling methods typically include using polymerase-based extension of one or more unique molecular identifier (UMI) primers along a target mitochondrial DNA template, each UMI primer including a universal primer sequence, a unique molecular identifier sequence, and a mitochondrial DNA binding sequence. Amplification of the labeled-target mitochondrial DNA can include, for example, polymerase chain reaction (e.g., high-fidelity long-range). Methods of determining the sequence of labeled-target mitochondrial DNA can include use of a long-read sequencing platform. Abstract: The disclosure relates to the field of micro-nano structure-enhanced heat transfer surfaces and provides a 3D printing-assisted multi-scale metal three-dimensional surface structure preparation method and product. A micron-level and highly-precise three-dimensional structure mask is prepared through a 3D printing technology, the hollow portion of mask is matched with the target structure model. Material conversion is performed on a metal matrix fixed with the mask, and a target metal is obtained. Herein, the metal matrix is machined first, and a surface of the target metal is matched with the structure model. In the preparation method provided in the disclosed embodiment, the precision of the metal structure is improved by improving the precision of the template.
