Abstract: A method of three-dimensional stereolithography printing a thiourethane polymer part using the vat resin. Adding a resin to a vat of a three-dimensional stereolithography printer, the resin a liquid mixture including: a first type of monomer including two or more thiol functional groups, a second type of monomer including two or more isocyanate functional groups, a photolatent base, an anionic step-growth polymerization reaction inhibitor and a light absorber. The photolatent base is decomposable upon exposure to a light to form a non-nucleophillic base catalyst having a pKa greater than 7. The anionic step-growth polymerization reaction inhibitor has an acidic group configured to form an acid-base pair with the non-nucleophillic base. The light absorber has an absorbance in the liquid mixture that is greater than an absorbance of the photolatent base at a wavelength of the light used for the exposure.

Abstract: In a general aspect, a swab sample is analyzed, for example, to test for disease. In some examples, a swab head of a swab sample is inserted through an opening into an internal reservoir of a sampling device. The sampling device includes the opening, an inlet channel, an outlet channel, and the internal reservoir. The internal reservoir is in fluid communication with the inlet channel, the outlet channel, and the opening. A liquid solvent is supplied to the swab head in the internal reservoir via the inlet channel of the sampling device. The swab head is held in the liquid solvent for a period of time to form an analyte in the internal reservoir. The analyte is extracted from the internal reservoir via the outlet channel of the sampling device. The analyte is transferred to and processed by a mass spectrometer to obtain mass spectrometry data.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide for deep learning-based architectures and design methodologies for an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) receiver under the constraint of one-bit complex quantization. Single bit quantization greatly reduces complexity and power consumption in the receivers, but makes accurate channel estimation and data detection difficult. This is particularly true for OFDM waveforms, which have high peak-to average (signal power) ratio in the time domain and fragile subcarrier orthogonality in the frequency domain. The severe distortion for one-bit quantization typically results in an error floor even at moderately low signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) such as 5 dB. For channel estimation (using pilots), various embodiments use novel generative supervised deep neural networks (DNNs) that can be trained with a reasonable number of pilots. After channel estimation, a neural network-based receiver specifically, an autoencoder jointly learns a precoder and decoder for data symbol detection.
