In an embodiment, a wirelessly powered stimulator, includes an implantable pulse generator (IPG), including: an Rx antenna that receives a radio frequency (RF) signal from an external Tx antenna; a rectifier; an energy storage capacitor CSTOR, where the RF signal coupled to the Rx antenna is rectified by the rectifier to generate VDD and charges the CSTOR; a demodulator; an output voltage regulator that generates a stable voltage to activate the demodulator; and where the demodulator outputs a stimulation that releases the energy stored in the CSTOR on an electrode based on detecting amplitude modulation in the received RF signal; and a Tx antenna that generates the RF signal that wirelessly powers the IPG and that controls timing of output stimulations of the IPG, where amplitude modulation is applied to the RF signal to control the timing of the output stimulations.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of microbiology, and particularly relates to membrane vesicles (MVs) isolated from bacteria, and an isolation and preparation system and method for the membrane vesicles, and applications of the membrane vesicles. The bacteria of the present invention comprise Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. The invention uses ionizing irradiation to irradiate bacteria, and isolates and purifies the produced membrane vesicles. The membrane vesicles prepared can be used as a vaccine, a vaccine adjuvant and/or a pharmaceutical carrier. In addition, the present invention provides a biological composition comprising the membrane vesicles and inactivated bacteria. In addition, the present invention also provides a preparation system, and isolation and purification system for bacterial membrane vesicles and the corresponding method. The membrane vesicles obtained by using the system and method have high yield, high purity and easy to be industrialized.

SJB007 and an application thereof in removal of phosphorus from wastewater, belonging to the technical field of environmental microorganisms. One aspect of the invention provides a Novosphingobium sp. SJB007 with an access number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No. 21177. Another aspect of the invention provides an application of the Novosphingobium sp. SJB007 in removal of phosphorus from wastewater. The efficient phosphorus-accumulating strain Novosphingobium sp. SJB007 provided by the invention has a high removal rate of more than 97% when the concentration of phosphorus in the wastewater is 10-30 mg/L under an appropriate condition.
