  • Patent number: 11228323
Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for error correction of distributed data in distributed systems using Reed-Solomon codes. In one embodiment, processes are provided for error correction that include receiving a first correction code for data fragments stored in storage nodes, constructing a second correction code responsive to an unavailable storage node of the storage nodes, performing erasure repair of the unavailable storage node, and outputting a corrected data fragment. The first correction code is a Reed-Solomon code represented as a polynomial and the second correction code is represented as a second polynomial with an increased subpacketization size. Processes are configured to account for repair bandwidth and sub-packetization size. Code constructions and repair schemes accommodate different sizes of evaluation points and provide a flexible tradeoff between the subpacketization size repair bandwidth of codes.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are therapeutic constructs including a delivery particle, at least one mitotic kinase inhibitor, and at least one immune checkpoint inhibitor. Also disclosed are therapeutic constructs including a mitotic kinase inhibitor, an immune checkpoint inhibitor, and a chemical linker. These therapeutic constructs cause cancer death by both therapeutic and immune effects and promote targeted delivery of more therapeutics to the surviving cancer cells in a positive feed-back loop. They enhance therapeutic index of free drugs and can be used intratumorally or systemically. This strategy can treat broad cancer types and is particular useful for cancer without obvious receptors for cancer-targeted delivery of otherwise toxic therapeutics.

  • Patent number: 11226945
Abstract: A knowledge model “overlay” for organizing and analyzing large, dynamic data volumes is implemented as a hypergraph that manifests as a result of a distributed theory-driven data source transformation process. This process maps exponentially growing data into an asymptotically limited information space. Within this space, real-world entities (e.g. people, computers, cities, Earth) and their complex interdependencies (e.g. social networks, connectivity, causal relationships) are represented as attributed hypergraph elements (i.e. both hypervertices and hyperedges). Attributes are represented as state vectors affixed to any hypergraph element. Transformation of source system data into this overlay structure is accomplished with minimal data movement and replication using a universal “pointer” like mechanism that is managed in a decentralized fashion by the respective transformation components.

  • Patent number: 11227403
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for digitally reconstructing an unknown 3D structure of a target molecule using orthogonal extension. A plurality of 2D images of the target molecule are captured by an imaging system. A homologous molecule having a known 3D structure is identified and at least one expansion coefficient of the known structure of the homologous molecule is determined. At least one estimated expansion coefficient for the unknown structure is calculated based at least in part on the estimated low order moment of the unknown structure and the at least one expansion coefficient of the known structure. An estimated 3D reconstruction of the target molecule is then generated based on the at least one estimated expansion coefficient for the unknown structure of the target molecule.
