Abstract: The present invention relates to a radiative cooling paint consisting of ceramic fine particles as pigments, a polymer resin as a binder, and a solvent. According to the present invention, a substrate is coated with the radiative cooling paint, and then a paint film layer is formed. The paint film layer performs a radiative cooling function by preventing energy inflow from incident sunlight by maximizing reflection of incident sunlight; minimizing absorption of incident sunlight; and maximizing emission of long-wavelength infrared light corresponding to 8 ?m to 13 ?m and increasing energy discharge through emission of long-wavelength infrared light, and pores with a volume of 3% to 50% are formed inside the paint film layer to enhance reflection of incident sunlight without reducing emission of long-wavelength infrared light.

Abstract: Disclosed is a molecular diode using the assignment of electrical properties to inactive organic molecules when a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) thin film including an electrically inactive organic molecule is formed without synthesizing a separate organic molecule having electrical activity. The disadvantage of the instability of a conventional SAM can be overcome, a function can be extended, and electrical properties, such as a rectification characteristic in a non-functional molecule, can be induced even without the design and synthesis of organic molecules for introducing a functional molecule. Accordingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure can be usefully used in various technical fields in which an SAM is used, in particular, wide fields such as electronics, an organic display (OLED), solar cells, sensors, non-uniform catalysts, frictional electricity, cell growth surfaces, and a heat transfer control film.

Abstract: A high-temperature wide-bandgap power module and a preparation method thereof is provided in the present application. In the high-temperature wide-bandgap power module, SiC power chips are arranged in the cavity, and bonding wires are used to establish electrical connections. An ultrathin composite conformal coating consists of inorganic film and Parylene-HT film is arranged on the surface of the circuit to provide long-term reliable insulation while only imposing minor thermo-mechanical stresses on bonding joint at high-temperatures, which prolongs the module's life time. In addition, the hermetic sealing adopted in the present application blocks the external water, oxygen and chemical pollution, thereby alleviating the thermal degradation of the conformal coating and safeguards the internal circuit. Overall, the hermetic sealing and conformal coating ensure the long-term 250 degrees high-temperature working capability of the wide-bandgap power module.

Abstract: A predictive current control method for a six-phase induction motor (6PIM) includes initializing a six-phase inverter at a present switching state, measuring a stator current and a rotor speed, transforming the stator current to ?? and xy orthogonal frame, estimating a pair of currents in ?? and xy frame based upon the measured and an estimated rotor speed, and calculating a future stator current for a future control sample of the inverter. The method further includes selecting four voltage vectors (VV) from ?? and xy frames, implementing a cost function to calculate an error between the predicted future and a reference stator current, calculating a plurality of cost function results of each of the four VV, identifying a future VV that provides a minimum cost function results for the future control sample, saving the future VV to be used as an input to the lookup table for the next control sample and controlling the 6PIM by applying the future control sample as the switching state of the inverter.
