    Abstract: A method for identifying a medium structure coupling and a fracture network morphology of a shale gas reservoir includes the following steps. Firstly, performing a fracturing test on shale cores by using a modified Brazilian disc test and categorizing the fracture network morphology. Secondly, performing a shale matrix-fracture structure and stress sensitivity test on the shale cores having different fracture network morphology. After that, determining a stress sensitivity constant of different fracture network morphology according to indoor core data and finally preparing an identification chart of the fracture network morphology based on an indoor core stress sensitivity text combined with a production practice. The identification chart can be applied to an actual fracturing well, and the fracture network morphology is directly identified by a real-time effective stress and a normalized flow.

    Abstract: The application belongs to the technical field of animal or human antibodies, and discloses a TIM-3 nanobody, a preparation method thereof and use thereof. The nanobody is a TIM-3 nanobody with sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. TIM-3 antigen is a transient transfection expression by mammalian cells. TIM-3 antigen is used to screen the nanobody library repeatedly, specific phage of nanobody is obtained, and the target fragment is conducted sequencing. The application uses the HEK293 cell line to express antigen. Using the mammalian expression system to express human protein may maximumlly guarantee the original structure of the protein, guarantee the protein to have a post-translational modification and specific modifications of eukaryotic proteins such as glycosylation, which makes the obtained protein have high activity. This method maximizes the original structure and activity of the protein; the nanobodies screened by the applicaiton can efficiently and specifically bind to the target.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of oil and gas field development, and discloses a method for calculating a single-well controlled reserve of a low-permeability/tight gas reservoir and analyzing residual gas thereof. The method includes: calculating a reserve controlled by each gas well in a block by using a gas reservoir dynamic reserve calculation method; establishing a new reserve calculation formula for solution and comparative analysis by an example; and quantitatively analyzing an effect of a startup pressure gradient and a stress sensitivity on a calculation result of the single-well controlled reserve, wherein the analysis of the factors affecting reserve calculation shows that, when the startup pressure gradient reaches 0.02 MPa/m, the calculated reserve is significantly reduced compared with a conventional method, but when the startup pressure gradient is greater than 0.1 MPa/m, the effect gradually stabilizes.

    Abstract: Hydraulically-amplified, self-healing, electrostatic transducers that harness electrostatic and hydraulic forces to achieve various actuation modes. Electrostatic forces between electrode pairs of the transducers generated upon application of a voltage to the electrode pairs draws the electrodes in each pair towards each other to displace a liquid dielectric contained within an enclosed internal cavity of the transducers to drive actuation in various manners. The electrodes and the liquid dielectric form a self-healing capacitor whereby the liquid dielectric automatically fills breaches in the liquid dielectric resulting from dielectric breakdown. Due to the resting shape of the cavity, a zipping-mechanism allows for selectively actuating the electrodes to a desired extent by controlling the voltage supplied.
