  • Patent number: 12081703
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products provide a digital twin of a call center or call center network, including the members, representatives, and algorithms therein. The digital twin can be used to model real-world call centers and call center networks or may be modified to test changes (in the center/network's control such as algorithms or representative staffing, or beyond the center network's controls such as callers) before they are implemented in real-world production environments. Call loads, which may be based on real call loads or generated differently, can be used to test current or contemplated call center/network arrangements. The digital twin can be validated through comparison with data received from the real-world call center(s)/network(s) it models.

  • Patent number: 12079866
Abstract: A system includes an intermediate mortgage integration platform as a service (MiPaas). Specifically, an MiPaas layer may facilitate integration between a loan origination system (LOS) and supporting services. The MiPaas layer may provide integration flexibility by enabling integration of the supporting services with each other and with different LOSs. Indeed, a number of MiPaas integration formats (e.g. REST API, OpenAPI, GRPC, GraphQL, Industry Standard interface, etc. may be provided to facilitate ease of integration between the LOS and the supporting services. Further, the MiPaas may provide processing efficiencies by adapting workflows based upon particular retrieved data. In this manner, efficient processing may be performed in an intermediate data processing layer, resulting in more efficient turnaround times and reduced processing requirements at traditionally over-burdened systems.

  • Patent number: 12074911
Abstract: Enhanced electronic security systems and methods are provided. A whitelist, blacklist, or both of resource access sources that are allowed to use a particular resource access account are obtained. Upon detecting an access attempt to a particular resource on a computer network, a source of the access attempt and a resource access account used in the access attempt is identified. The whitelist, blacklist, or both are referenced to determine if the source of the access attempt is allowed to use the resource access account used in the access attempt. When the source of the access attempt is not allowed to use the resource access account used in the access attempt, one or more mitigation tasks may be performed.

  • Patent number: 12073053
Abstract: A method and system for creation of a virtual home center is disclosed. The system includes a plurality of IoT or smart devices connected to a network and arranged throughout a physical space, such as a house, apartment building, or other physical structure or edifice. In some embodiments, the devices can serve as beacons and receive sensed information via internal sensors and/or from other nearby devices such as a smoke detector. The sensors can be used to generate and render a virtual home within a virtual environment (e.g., VR/AR). In one example, the system is configured to communicate information between the virtual environment and IoT devices in the user's real home. If the user would like to read and/or modify controls of any IoT devices, they can enter the virtual environment as a virtual avatar and locate the room with the desired smart device.

  • Patent number: 12074891
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods executing a security server that perform various processes using alert elements containing various data fields indicating threats of fraud or attempts to penetrate an enterprise network. Using alert elements, the security server generate integrated alerts that are associated with customers of the system and assign a risk score for the integrated alerts, which the security server uses to store and sort the integrated alerts according to a priority, based on the relative risk scores. Analyst computers may query and fetch integrated alerts from an integrate alert database, and then present the integrate alerts to be addressed by an analyst according to the priority level of the respective integrated alerts. This allows to ensure that the right customer, is worked by the right analyst, at the right time, to maximize fraud prevention and minimize customer impact.

  • Patent number: 12075308
Abstract: A first mobile device exchanges information or documentation with a second mobile device after a vehicular incident or collision has occurred. Communication is initiated or triggered based on detection of the incident by a collision detection system and/or based on the first mobile device contactlessly receiving a user identifier from the second mobile device. The contactless communication may be initiated by a service provider system or by the first mobile device. The first mobile device may include a sensor that scans a user identifier associated with the second mobile device. Then, the first mobile device may transmit the user identifier to the service provider system, which initiates or provides a communication channel between the first mobile device and the second mobile device.

  • Patent number: 12067125
Abstract: Methods and systems described herein are directed to measuring cybersecurity vulnerability management programs and readiness. A vulnerability management program evaluation system can define vulnerability management capabilities and technologies supporting execution of those capabilities. Once defined, the system can conduct an initial assessment including scoring for the capabilities representing a depth of vulnerability management, as well as scoring for the technologies representing a breadth of vulnerability management. To update the initial assessment, the system can track the ongoing progress of projects that can affect the depth and/or breadth of vulnerability management, and then recalculate the scoring. At any time, the system can combine the depth and breadth to determine a comprehensive vulnerability management score.
