Abstract: A method and apparatus of sharing documents during a conference call data is disclosed. One example method may include initiating a document sharing operation during a conference call conducted between at least two participants communicating during the conference call. The method may also include transferring the document from one of the two participants to another of the two participants, and recording at least one action performed to the document by the participants during the conference call.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of modifying user content data on a mobile station are disclosed. One example method of displaying customized content data on a mobile station may include receiving the content data at the mobile station, and modifying the content data based on predefined viewing preferences of the user. The modified content may then be displayed on a display interface of the mobile station allowing the user to view the content based on their specified preferences.

Abstract: A system for handling incoming special number calls conveyed via a telecommunication system to a predetermined destination includes: (a) a data store for storing information regarding a plurality of pre-identified special number call originating devices; (b) a detecting unit coupled with the data store and with the telecommunication system; the detecting unit detecting a received communication incoming to the predetermined destination from one pre-identified special number call originating device of the plurality of pre-identified special number call originating devices; and (c) a treating unit coupled with the detecting unit and with the telecommunication system; the treating unit effecting a predetermined treatment of the received communication.

One example method of operation may include receiving an inquiry message or call from a user device, identifying and authorizing the user from inquiry message information received from the inquiry message, retrieving a user profile comprising at least one user preference, applying the at least one user preference to a user call processing application, and transmitting menu options to the user device based on the applied at least user preference.

Abstract: A message receiving, intercepting and processing method and corresponding application and device may provide receiving a message at a message processing server, the message being intended for a phone number associated with a customer service provider, identifying a telephone number of the sender of the message, parsing at least one word from the message, retrieving user account information of the sender, and generating an automated response to the message that includes contextual information that is based on at least one of the user account information and the parsed at least one word from the message.

Abstract: A proximity location system and method thereof for locating a communications device. A radio-frequency identification (RFID) proximity location tag is arranged in a proximity of the communications device and detected thereby. A proximity location key included in the RFID proximity location tag is acquired by the communications device and forwarded to a location information server. The location information is queried for location information associated with the proximity location key. Based on the location information, data transmitted by the communications device is routed to the appropriate receiver of the data. The location information is also provided to the receiver.

Abstract: A method, a system, and computer readable medium comprising instructions for message delivery security validation are provided. At least one authentication setting from an end user is received at a data collection system. A validation key is generated based on the at least one authentication setting. A message and the validation key are sent to a device of a recipient. The device of the recipient are automatically authenticated using the validation key. The message is delivered to the device of the recipient upon authentication.

Abstract: A system and method for allowing two-way anonymous communication. A message is received by the system, and a unique user ID is created and associated with the sender's contact information. The message if forwarded to the appropriate administrative user, along with the user ID but not the sender's contact information. A response from the administrative user may then be routed back to the sender by matching the user ID associated with the response with the contact information associated with that user ID. Thus, communication with possible without the parties knowing the identity of the other party.

Abstract: A Mobile Voice Self Service (MVSS) system that may include an MVSS mobile device and a client system. The system may be used to provide passive outdial support for a mobile device via WAP Push of an MVSS URL. The MVSS mobile device may have various local applications such as a bootstrap application and an outdial application. The client system may include an application server to deliver an MVSS file to the MVSS mobile device.

Abstract: An incoming call controlling device (2) includes a connection determining unit (3) configured to determine, when an incoming call to a first phone number is received, whether a mobile phone terminal (6) is connected as an extension phone to the incoming call controlling device (2); an incoming call controlling unit (4) configured to transfer the incoming call to a second phone number when it has been determined that the mobile phone terminal (6) is not connected to the incoming call controlling device (2); and a caller information transmitting unit (5) configured to transmit, to a server (7), identification information and caller information of the incoming call when a transfer by the incoming call controlling unit (4) is performed. The server (7) is configured to notify a phone terminal of the caller information by using a network different from a circuit used for the transfer.

The voice biometric authentication mechanisms alleviate identity theft occurring via specific interactive voice response transactions. A voice biometrics authentication system interfaces with an interactive network platform and may be hosted by a third party provider of voice biometric technologies.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of processing a voice call are disclosed. One example method of operation may include recording at least a portion of a conference call and storing the portion of the conference call in memory. The method may also include processing the portion of the conference call to identify at least one segment of interest and adding the at least one segment of interest to an existing work order associated with a third party application. The method may further provide forwarding the at least one segment of interest to a third party computing device.

Abstract: A method, computer program and apparatus are disclosed that include accessing client data records, such as, medical records. The method may include receiving a data file at a server sent from at least one client and including client requirements. The method may also include storing the received data file locally at the server, executing an application that scans the server to determine if any new data files have been received. The method may also include storing the copied data file in a data folder stored in a file cluster, updating a table stored in a database to indicate that a new file has been stored, deleting the locally stored file from the server, and moving files specified by the client requirements from an export folder of the file cluster to the server so that the at least one client may access the exported files.

Abstract: A Mobile Voice Self Service (MVSS) mobile device and method thereof. A VoiceXML browser that is implemented directly on the MVSS mobile device may request a VoiceXML application and process it. A call data manager may also be implemented on the MVSS mobile device and may provide call data that may authorize access to advanced Media Resource Control Protocol (MRCP) services, such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) or Text-To-Speech (TTS). A media resource gateway may then provide the advanced MRCP services to the VoiceXML application processed by the VoiceXML application browser. Hotkey navigations and bookmarked application points to VoiceXML applications may be created and applied through application analysis and state tracking. Therein, VoiceXML document transitions and user input are stored to maintain application state changes until the user requests creation of an application bookmark.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer readable medium comprising instructions for providing temporary callback number for emergency calls is disclosed. A determination is made as to whether a restriction is imposed on a mobile user for incoming calls. A temporary callback number for the mobile user is generated if the restriction is imposed. A request for a callback to the mobile user comprising the temporary callback number is detected. The callback is routed to the mobile user using the temporary callback number.

Abstract: A management network allows monitoring and/or automation of a patient treatment regime prescribed by a medical practice. The management network provides links between a practice management system of the medical practice and related information sources such as pharmaceutical suppliers and referred practices. A query executed on the management network determines whether the requirements of a parameter of a patient treatment regime, such as the taking of prescribed medication, are being met and generates alarm notifications where necessary to the patient and/or prescribing practitioner.

Abstract: A system for providing multimedia messages to a mobile device and a method thereof. The system includes a portal server, such as an integrated web portal server, structured to receive and direct processing of a multimedia message. The system may also include a Short Message System (SMS) server acting as an interface between the portal server and the mobile device. The SMS server may forward an SMS message to the mobile device indicating that the multimedia message has been received for the mobile device. Other features of the system may include an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server for converting the multimedia message to a text message, a media server to store the multimedia message for retrieval by the mobile device, and a billing server structured to determine an amount to bill for processing of the multimedia message.
