Abstract: A bed stiffener assembly for truck boxes. The bed stiffener assembly is mounted within side walls and below a floor panel of the truck box, enhancing the structural integrity of the truck box in a way that is unobtrusive to loading/unloading and that maintains the factory appearance of the truck box. Stiffener brackets are mounted directly to a support pillar and adjacent cross member to provide lateral stiffness. In addition, a corner bracket may be implemented to provide stiffness in the fore/aft directions, enhancing resistance to twisting of the truck bed.
Abstract: An improved clamping mechanism to secure a tire between a bead ring and a wheel utilizing a bolt is provided. The bolt has a ball seat that pivots within an enlarged pilot hole in the bead ring as the bolt threads engage in threaded section of the wheel, pulling the bead ring toward the wheel. As the bead ring is tightened upon the wheel, eventually the bead ring contacts a fulcrum on the wheel, at which point the outer edge of the bead ring is leveraged against the tire bead bundle and pressing down the tire bead to lock it in place against the wheel. As the bead ring can pivot within the enlarged pilot hole around the bolt, the bolt is not stressed. Further, the wheel comprising a safety bead and non-skid coating on the inner wall of the wheel to prevent the wheel sliding around the wheel.
Abstract: An air spring height sensor has a PCR (Pulsed-Coherent-Radar) sensor encased in a housing attached to an air spring. The housing also provides an integral channel for adding air to an air spring or releasing air. The PCR sensor is aligned with a connector to orient the sensor with respect to the air spring to accurately determine the height of the air spring.
Abstract: A Retrofittable Air Suspension Brackets assembly comprises an air spring retained between an Upper Air Spring Mount and a Lower Air Spring Bracket. The Upper Air Spring Mount is attached to Upper Frame Brackets that are held in place by two U-Bolts, which also secure the Lower Air Spring Bracket and a Cradle Structure which limits movement of the vehicle frame member.
Abstract: An adapter assembly that allows a wheel cover to be attached to a wheel has an insert, a plug, a key and a wrench. The insert attaches through a hole in the wheel cover and has prongs that lock behind a cap lip of the wheel. The plug is screwed into the insert via the wrench, and plug threads push out on the prongs, securing them behind the cap lip. The key is inserted into a locking space between the outer surface of the plug and the inner surface of the insert.

Abstract: A “Rolling Lobe” style of air spring with an extendable piston increases the overall travel of the air spring without increasing the compressed height of the spring.
