Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for printing a document having pages with different margins. The method includes receiving a document having a plurality of pages for printing, wherein the document having a combination of pages to be printed in first pre-determined sheets and second pre-determined sheets. A margin value for each page of the document is automatically identified. Based on the identification, one or more pages having margin value greater than a pre-defined margin value is automatically identified. The one or more pages with greater margin value are marked to be printed in the first pre-determined sheets and the remaining pages are marked to be printed in the second pre-determined sheets. Finally, information is sent to a printer to print the one or more pages having a greater margin value in the first pre-determined sheets and to print the remaining pages in the second pre-determined sheets.

The acquisition section acquires work information indicating a task or an operation performed by a worker. Abstract: Methods and systems for generating a mixed raster content (MRC) format file are disclosed. The method includes receiving an input document. The input document is segmented into an image layer and a text layer with a color mask information. A determination is made whether a text group in the text layer has a color different than the color mask information. Upon an affirmative determination, an ascertainment is made whether the color mask is above a threshold value. An average of the color mask is calculated and based on the calculation, a new color is applied to the text group to modify the text layer. Then, the modified text layer is compressed using a first compression scheme, the image layer is compressed using a second compression scheme, the compressed the modified text layer and the image layer are integrated to generate an image data in an MRC file format.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for generating a mixed raster content (MRC) format file for a single background color image document. The method includes receiving an input document at an image capturing device. The input document is segmented into an image layer and a text layer. Then, image content in the image layer is determined. Upon an affirmative determination, a new image layer is generated by adding the determined image content to a white background image layer using a morphological operation. The text layer and the new image layer is compressed using respective compression schemes. The compressed text layer and the new image layer are integrated to generate image data in the MRC file format. The generated image data is stored in a memory device.
