  • Publication number: 20130226500
Abstract: A system for testing the output of a digital gauge controller is disclosed. The system is configured to receive a multi-component digital signal and test if a plurality of thresholds are reached for individual components of the digital signal. If a first expected level is met, the system then determines if a second component of the multi-component signal meets a second expected level.

  • Publication number: 20130153716
Abstract: A wire harness retainer assembly can generally include a strap member and a loop retainer. A housing portion can comprise a housing body that defines a receiving portion and a pair of apertures formed therethrough. The loop retainer can have a distal insertion end and form a loop that is configured to loop around a portion of the wire harness. The loop retainer can further comprise a pair of detents. The loop retainer can be configured to be slidably inserted into the receiving portion of the housing portion to an installed position where the detents are received by the pair of apertures. In this regard, the wire harness retainer assembly provides a simple and convenient way to capture the extra length of a wire harness service loop while providing an easily removable connection when service to a specified control module is desired.

  • Publication number: 20130108357
Abstract: A connector assembly that includes a first connector, a lever, a second connector and a link. The lever is pivotally mounted to the first connector for movement about a pivot axis between a first lever position and a second lever position. The second connector has a lug. The link is pivotally coupled to the lever at a location that is spaced apart from the pivot axis. The link has a coupling member with a slotted interior aperture and an engagement tab. The lug is received into the slotted interior aperture when the lever is in the first lever position. The engagement tab engages the lug to inhibit relative movement of the second connector away from the coupling member when the lever is moved from the first lever position to the second lever position.

  • Publication number: 20130043971
Abstract: An assembly in which a housing and cover enclose an electric component and lock the electric component into place is provided. The electric component has two L-shaped terminals with notches formed in them that provide lock surfaces for the housing body. The housing body has locking arms that flex during installation and lock the electric component into place by mating with the lock surfaces. The cover body has bosses which push down upon the electric component during installation and lock pins which lock the flexible locking arms into place. The lock pins occupy the space between the locking arms and the backstops of the housing body thereby preventing the locking arms from moving out of position and disengaging the lock surfaces of the locking arms and terminals.

  • Patent number: 8203308
Abstract: A charge circuit interrupt device comprises a ground fault interrupt module, a current generation module and a current injection module. The ground fault interrupt module disconnects a load from a charging source when a current imbalance exceeds a threshold. The current generation module generates a balancing current based on the current imbalance. The current injection module inputs the balancing current into the charging source to oppose the current imbalance. The charge circuit interrupt device may further include an input balance disable control module that disables the current generation module from generating the balancing current when the current imbalance exceeds the threshold, and a current isolation module that isolates the charging source and the ground fault interrupt module, the current generation module and the current injection module.
