    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition for diagnosing skin aging. The composition of the present disclosure can be usefully used to establish a personalized treatment strategy for skin aging early not only by evaluating the current level of skin aging affected by endogenous factors but also by predicting the genetic risk of future skin aging with high reliability. The present disclosure also relates to a method for screening a skin aging alleviating agent. The screening method of the present disclosure allows accurate and fast screening of a fundamental skin aging inhibitor that goes beyond symptomatic therapy such as moisture supply by restoring collagen production in dermal fibroblasts reduced with aging of the skin's dermis to reversibly restore decreased binding strength, loss of elasticity, loss of moisture, and damage to barrier function of skin tissue.
