    Abstract: A nanocatalyst for partial oxidation of methane is disclosed. The nanocatalyst is prepared by carbonizing a metal-organic framework coordinated with copper ions to form a structure in which nitrogen atoms present in a nitrogen-doped porous carbon structure form coordinate bonds with copper ions. This structure enhances the chemical stability of the nanocatalyst, prevents the peroxidation of methane at low temperature, and significantly improves the conversion efficiency of methane to liquid products such as methanol and methyl hydroperoxide by selective partial oxidation of methane gas. Also disclosed are a method for preparing the nanocatalyst and a method for partial oxidation of methane using the nanocatalyst.

The electroluminescent layer according to the present invention can prevent the deterioration of perovskite crystals due to external moisture, oxygen, or the like since the perovskite crystal core is enclosed and protected by the dielectric polymer and can have improved charge transfer and injection efficiencies since charges are directly transferred and injected to the perovskite crystals through the charge transfer pathway formed by dielectric breakdown of the dielectric polymer.

The light-receiving layer can be produced by applying an ink containing the semiconductor nanoparticles dispersed in a dispersion medium to a base material and then firing the ink at 200° C. or higher and 350° C. or lower. The photoelectric conversion element material of the present invention has an absorption property with respect to light with wavelengths in the near infrared region and excellent photoresponsivity.
