  • Patent number: 9808659
Abstract: A roping harness having a sit harness, pair of shoulder straps, and at least one securing link having a first strap unfurlable in the lengthwise direction, and composed of two superposed strands secured to one another by a stitching area, designed to tear when a fall happens separating the strands and moving the connecting loop from a lowered to a raised position. The securing link includes a second strap connecting the sternal attachment to the corresponding sit harness strap. The first strap bottom strand is attached to the belt and is shorter length than the unfurlable top strand. The top strand is fixed to the sternal attachment, such that tearing of the stitching area releases the bottom strand. The top strand moves to the raised position attached to the sternal attachment to transfer the reaction of the shock of a fall onto the second strap connected with the leg loops.

  • Patent number: 9797421
Abstract: A clamping device has a body, at least one clamping member and an operating cover. The clamping member blocks at least one of the wire elements. The body has a cavity for passage a wire element and to house a clamping member, so that the clamping member is movable in the cavity along a first axis to a blocking position of the wire element. The operating cover is movable along the first axis relative to the body, and allows movement of the clamping member relative to the body along the first axis. The clamping device also has a drive device of the clamping member. The drive device enables free movement of the clamping member along the first axis with respect to the operating cover and with respect to the body, and enables movement of the clamping member away from the blocking position by actuation of the operating cover.

  • Publication number: 20170138533
Abstract: A removable anchoring device comprising a fixed first part with an expansion head, and a movable second control part having wedging half-rings and a gripping knob associated with a stop and a spring. The stop is arranged on the fixed first part and is movable with respect to the gripping knob by a relative translational movement to disable any release command in a predefined position. The gripping knob is thus able to occupy a first axial adjustment position offset from the stop to indicate the non-locked state enabling the release command, and is movable to a second axial adjustment position in engagement against the stop to indicate the locked state and to disable said release command.
