    Abstract: The present invention relates to a continuous on-board drying method for Antarctic krill and a continuous on-board processing method of shelled Antarctic krill. The drying method includes the following steps: 1) subjecting fishing materials to cleaning, sorting, and dewatering with a vibrating screen; 2) rapidly heating the krill to the temperature of up to 70° C. using infra-red rays; 3) hot-air drying; 4) impurity removal by vacuum; 5) cooling to obtain dried krill. The processing method includes the following steps: a) subjecting fishing materials to cleaning, sorting, and dewatering with a vibrating screen; b) rapidly heating the krill to the temperature of up to 70° C. using infra-red rays; c) hot-air drying; d) subjecting the dried krill to shelling treatment to separate shell from meat, to obtain shelled krill; e) impurity removal by vacuum to obtain shelled krill product.

    Abstract: A continuous trawl fishing method includes: by dragging a fishing net in water through a vessel, carrying out trawling operation so that catches to be fished enter a cod-end of a fishing net tail; then tractioning and moving the cod-end so that a sucking fish tube of a vacuum sucking fish pump reaches into the cod-end; and a tube mouth of the sucking fish tube contacting the catches in the cod-end to run the vacuum sucking fish pump to suck the catches from the cod-end into the collection tank through the sucking fish tube, and the catches in the collection tank being then transferred and frozen or directly processed. The fished catches of the present invention are obviously improved in indicators such as the stiffness time and the number of the first-grade fresh fish and so on. The histamine content is obviously reduced and the catch quality is improved.

    Abstract: A novel method for catalytic dehydration of glycerol to acrolein is provided. A fixed bed reactor is used, which is placed in a microwave unit. The feedstock is introduced into the fixed bed reactor after being preheated and gasified. Continuous glycerol dehydration occurs in the presence of a microwave-absorbing catalyst in the fixed bed reactor to form acrolein. The microwave-absorbing catalyst is composed of an active component loaded on a core-shell structure which consists of microwave absorbent coated by an oxide. The uniformity of microwave heating can reduce the formation of hot spot during the reaction and hence improve the catalyst stability. The process and operation is simple, and the unit can steadily run for a long time.
