  • Patent number: 11847999
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for generating echo recordings. The system receives, by an autoencoder, an audio signal representation that represents an audio signal and a target echo embedding that comprises information about a target room. The autoencoder comprises an encoder and a decoder. The system generates, by the encoder, a content embedding and an estimated echo embedding. The system generates, by the decoder, an echo recording representation based on the content embedding and the target echo embedding.

  • Patent number: 11843567
Abstract: Methods and systems provide for the ability to display reactions within a video communication session. First, the system displays, for each of a number of participants within a video communication session, a user interface (UI), with the UI including a reactions session with a variety of selectable visual reactions, a number of participant windows corresponding to participants, and videos of at least a subset of the participants which are displayed within the participant windows. The system receives a selection of a reaction via a video client device connected to the video communication session, where the client device is associated with one of the participants. The system then displays the selected reaction within the UI of at least one of the participants within the corresponding participant windows for a predetermined period of time. Aggregate reactions may be displayed when a number of participants select the same reaction.

  • Patent number: 11843898
Abstract: User interface (UI) tiles of conference participants are arranged in a UI of conferencing software according to relative locations of those conference participants within a conference room. Positional information and video data are obtained from one or more video capture devices located within a conference room. Relative locations of conference participants within the conference room are determined based on the positional information, such as by defining coordinates for the conference participants within a coordinate system based on the positional information and the video data and determining the relative locations based on the coordinates. Output configured to cause a client application to arrange UI tiles associated with the conference participants is generated according to the relative locations. The output is then transmitted to one or more client devices to cause a UI of conferencing software at each of those client devices to display the UI tiles in the specified arrangement.

  • Patent number: 11837254
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for a frontend capture module of a video conferencing application, which can modify an input signal, received from a microphone device to match predetermined signal characteristics, such as voice signal level and expected noise floor. An Input stage, a suppression module and an output stage amplify the voice signal portion of the input signal and suppress the noise signal of input signal to predetermined ranges. The input stage selectively applies gains defined by a gain table, based on signal level of the input signal. The suppression module selectively applies a suppression gain to the input signal based on presence or absence of voice signal in the input signal. The output stage further amplifies the input signal in portions having a voice signal and applies a gain table to maintain a consistent noise floor.

  • Patent number: 11838446
Abstract: A voice message (VM) received from a phone number is associated with a shared VM inbox that is accessible to a group of users. The group of users includes a first user and a second user. The VM is assigned to the first user. The first user is determined not to have responded to the VM within a predefined response time. Responsive to the determination that the first user did not respond to the VM within the predefined response time, the VM is reassigned to the second user; a callback action associated with the VM is enabled for the second user; and the callback action is disabled for the first user. A status associated with the VM is updated based on performance of the callback action.

  • Patent number: 11831456
Abstract: Methods and systems provide for preventing content capture within a communication session. In one embodiment, a method maintains a communication session with a number of participants, where session content is presented during the communication session to the participants, and where participants can request the session content to be captured for later access. The system receives or identifies one or more signals for capture prevention to be initiated for at least a portion of the session content. The system further receives, in real time during the communication session, a request from one of the participants for a current portion of session content to be captured. The system then determines, via processing of the one or more signals, that the current portion of session content is to be prevented from capture, and then prevents the current portion of session content from being captured.

  • Patent number: 11818640
Abstract: A software platform includes emergency event processing functionality for detecting and mapping emergency event occurrences. The emergency event processing includes location mapping functionality for building a set of information associated with locations of devices registered with the software platform. Operators of the devices are prompted to input or verify device location information, which may be determined based on network devices through which those devices connect to access a network. The location information may be one or more of a street address, building identifier, floor identifier, suite identifier, or room identifier. When an emergency call is placed by a device registered with the software platform, the software platform uses the map of locations to determine a device location and signals it to a public safety answering point. The automated signaling of the mapped location information can improve an emergency response by directing dispatched responders to a specific location.

  • Patent number: 11818011
Abstract: A user experience workflow may be configured based on input received for various object types selectively arranged within the user experience workflow and then bound to a destination identifier, such as a telephone number or web address. A user interface of software for configuring a user experience workflow is presented at a user device and input from that user device is used to selectively arrange objects within a user experience workflow and/or to configure objects thereof. After configurations are applied to the objects, the user experience workflow is bound to the destination identifier. An end user device which accesses the destination identifier (e.g., by calling the telephone number, visiting the web address, or using an application connecting to the web address) may then traverse the user experience workflow, including in some cases having configured content presented thereto.
