    Abstract: The present invention provides a composite sheet material in which a three-dimensional sheet material and a flat sheet material are firmly joined to each other and which is excellent in ventilation and the like, soft, and good in touch. In the composite sheet material, a three-dimensional sheet material having a large number of protruding portions formed thereon and a flat sheet material not having such protruding portions are layered on each other and joined. The three-dimensional sheet material is joined to the flat sheet material at joining parts apart from protruding portions. A plurality of joining parts are formed around each protruding portion in such a manner as to surround the protruding portion. The area of the joining part is less than 50% of that of a base surrounded by the protruding portions. Some of the joining parts are provided with a through hole penetrating the composite sheet material.
