  • Patent number: 11723101
Abstract: A mesh network of interconnected wireless nodes in which each node independently manages a wireless connection to one or more other wireless nodes for transporting data, and stochastically refreshes and maintains internode connections in the wireless mesh network. A network overlay orchestrator in each node periodically validates the connections to other nodes in the mesh network based on a current topology of connected nodes to ensure the efficiency of current connections. Connection logic replaces, if a connection validation fails, the failed connection with a newly established connection from a set of available neighbor nodes, and replaces, if none of the current connections fail validation, a stochastically selected connection with a newly established connection from the set of available neighbor nodes for promoting perturbation in the current internode connections.

  • Patent number: 11722971
Abstract: Techniques for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured with one or multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs). The UE may support sidelink communications, which may be referred to as vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications systems, vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications systems, and the like. The UE may provide improvements to resource determination for the sidelink communications by determining whether multiple peer UEs can be space-division multiplexed over time and frequency resources. To mitigate interference between the multiple peer UEs, the UE may transmit a power control request message to one or multiple peer UEs to adjust a transmit power level, and a receive a power control response message from the one or multiple peer UEs accepting or rejecting the transmit power level adjustment. As a result, the UE may experience efficient sidelink operations.

  • Patent number: 11695708
Abstract: Deterministic real-time multi-protocol heterogeneous packet-based transport is achieved by traffic shaping. When receiving a plurality of packets from a root complex where contents of each packet from the plurality of packets organized in accordance with a first protocol, a sequence number is added to each packet and a packet type is identified. Every packet in the first plurality of packets is encapsulated into at least one packet organized in accordance with a second protocol to form a second plurality of packets organized in accordance with the second protocol. All the packets from the second plurality of packets pass traffic scheduling or traffic shaping prior being sent via a plurality of connections to avoid burstiness and to achieve bounded transport latency in the plurality of connections, thereby providing deterministic real-time behavior in distributed systems.

  • Patent number: 11696308
Abstract: This invention concerns concepts for signaling resource allocation information to a terminal that indicates to the terminal assigned resources for the terminal. The terminal can receives downlink control information (DCI), which comprises a field for indicating the resource allocation information of the terminal. This resource assignment field within the DCI has a predetermined number of bits. The terminal can determines its assigned resource allocation information from the content of the received DCI, even though the bit size of the resource allocation field in the received DCI is insufficient to represent all allowed resource allocations. According to an embodiment, the received bits that are signaled to the terminal in the DCI represent predetermined bits of the resource allocation information. All remaining one or more bits of the resource allocation information that are not included in the field of the received DCI are set to predetermined value.
