    Abstract: A power supply apparatus for a sliding structure includes a wire harness 10 which is extended from a body 5 to a sliding structure, an elastic member 40 for urging the wire harness 10 in a warp absorbing direction, a harness supporting member 501 mounted on the elastic member, on which the wire harness 10 is placed, a curved portion protection member 70 which accommodates a curved portion 12 of the wire harness 10 at an intermediate position in a longitudinal direction thereof, and an unusual sound suppressing portion 511, 512 for preventing unusual sound from being generated when the harness supporting member 501 hits against the curved portion protecting member 70. As the unusual sound suppressing portion, projections 511 and 512 to be in contact with the curved portion protecting member 70 are attached to the harness supporting member 501. Because of the above configuration, even when vibration is applied to an engine or car body, unusual sound will not be generated.

An anisotropic conductive adhesive agent is applied or printed to the electrode surface of the chip piece to embed the projected electrodes, and an insulative adhesive agent is applied or printed in a thicker configuration to a bonding surface which is provided on a lower surface of the chip cover and around the chip piece to embed the projected electrodes. The anisotropic conductive adhesive agent and the insulative adhesive agent are heat-pressed to be temporarily cured.

    Abstract: An optical disc drive enclosure (10) includes a first cover (20) and a second cover (30). The first cover has a bottom plate and two first side plates (22). A locating plate (24) extends inwardly from a front upper edge of each first side plate, and two protrusion plates (26) are formed on an upper edge of each first side plate. The second cover has a top plate (31) and two second side plates (32). A locating slot (34) is formed at a front end of each second side plate, and can engage with the corresponding locating plate. Two cutouts (36) are defined in each second side plate. During assembly, the locating slots engage with the locating plates, with the second cover at an angle to the first cover. The second cover is then rotated downwardly so that the cutouts engage with the protrusion plates and the second side plates are clipped between the first side plates and the protrusion plates. The first cover and the second cover can then be fixed together by a pair of screws (59).

Because the cable is provided in parallel to a rotation axis of the hinge member so as to be held by the apparatus main body section and the section, respectively, the torsional stress is dispersed in the half-loop of the cable when the cable is twisted by a rotation of the section rotatably supported. On this account, the stress is not concentrated, thereby reducing the stress applied to the cable, and improving a durability of the cable.

A stem extends from the deflectable section toward a second side of the lock component and through a slot in the second side. A push element is formed on an end of the stem extending from the slot. Latches or ledges are formed on ramp-shaped protrusions formed on the deflectable section on each side of the stem. When the lock component receives the parallel arms of the bracket component, the free ends of the arms act on the protrusions to force the deflectable section outward until the ledges snap beneath the free ends of the arms.
