A method includes receiving, by an enterprise computing system associated with the branch location, a request from a mobile device based on the mobile device navigating to a uniform resource locator (URL) from scanning a code associated with the branch location, in response to the request, causing a graphical user interface (GUI) to display on the mobile device that prompts a user for additional information regarding the request, receiving, from the mobile device via the GUI, the additional information including identity information regarding the user and a reason for the request, identifying a queue specific to the branch location based on the request and additional information, adding the user to the queue, and providing, by the enterprise computing system, a confirmation notification to the user indicating that the user has been added to the queue.

Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for generating dynamic content item recommendations are provided. Content item information, extracted from message data, is aggregated to calculate popularity and attributes of content items. The content items are ranked based upon the popularity and attributes to generate a ranked list of content items. Exploration traffic is served utilizing a set of eligible content items selected from the ranked list of content items. An eligible content item is promoted for participation in auctions for serving non-exploration traffic based upon the eligible content item being served a threshold number of times.

Abstract: Aspects discussed herein relate to systems, apparatuses, and methods to determine when a user remains engaged or stops paying attention to a content item. In response, a snapshot of the user's activity and environment may be obtained to ascertain the reason the user stopped paying attention. If the user stopped paying attention as a result of being uninterested in the content item, the system may replace the content item, such as an advertisement, with a different content item to regain the user's attention. Further, demographic information and the user's interests may be updated for use in scheduling future content items.

Abstract: A computer-implement method of predicting commercial effectiveness of a piece of media content without collecting data from potential consumers. The method comprises extracting an information-rich content-based parameter from the media content. The parameter may be a vector having a predetermined, e.g. fixed, dimensionality that is designed as an input in a performance data prediction engine. By enabling the same type of parameter to be extracted from media content of different types and durations, the technique proposed allows media content for which performance data has already been gathered to be used to predict performance data for new media content. The prediction can be done based on a comparison of the content-based parameters extracted from media content. Alternatively, machine learning techniques may be used to generate a model using known performance data, whereby the model can use the content-based parameter from new media content to predict performance data.

Abstract: A networked computerized advertising system used for integrating, processing and displaying location-based advertising information is provided. The system comprises at least one computing device, and a network that connects the computing device with multiple playback endpoints. The computing device includes a data storage subsystem component that stores information about the multiple end points, a data entry subsystem component that allows input of the information about the multiple end points, and a data analytics component programmed to process the information about the multiple end points and compute optimal advertising playback plans for each endpoint. Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable storage media are disclosed for determining and resolving semantic misalignments between digital messages containing links and corresponding external digital content. For example, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems compare semantic message features from the digital message with semantic external digital content features from the external digital content. More specifically, in at least one embodiment, the disclosed systems compare semantic message feature vectors and semantic external digital content feature vectors to determine a relevance score for the digital message and identify semantic misalignments. Abstract: Various embodiments of systems and methods for mapping review articles to locations in a marketplace catalog. Various embodiments include training a system using product reviews and images from the marketplace as training data. Product reviews and images can be provided to autoencoders to generate respective short codes. The product review short codes can be combined with the product image short codes to generate review short codes. These review short codes can be provided as training data for an attribute assignment network while associated attributes (e.g., attributes associated with related products) can be target outputs for the attribute assignment network. After the system is sufficiently trained, a review article can be obtained from the publishing platform. This review article can be provided to the trained system to receive predicted attribute assignments. These predicted attribute assignments can be effective to map the review article to locations in a marketplace catalog.
