  • Patent number: 11250526
Abstract: System, method, and a computer program product that generate a dynamic digital contract are provided. A category that is included in the digital contract is selected using a graphical user interface of an application executing on a client device. A template associated with the category is retrieved from memory storage. The template is also associated with a plurality of options that specify the layout of the digital contract, display text of the digital contract and receive additional input. Data associated with the template is retrieved. The digital contract is generated by incorporating the data into the plurality of options. The digital contract is then formatted using parameters of the client device. Once generated, the digital contract is displayed on the display screen of the client device.

  • Patent number: 11244364
Abstract: Embodiments are directed toward unified modeling of technology towers. Template information that corresponds to a technology tower may be selected by a user such that the template information identifies cost items, cost pools, and cost drivers. Cost information corresponding to the cost items may be determined from a dataset and mapped to the cost pools based on the template information. Cost driver information for the cost drivers may be determined from the information that was included in the dataset. A technology tower may be generated based on the cost pools and the cost drivers such that the cost pools and cost drivers correspond to the cost items. The technology tower may be provided to an application for generating one or more financial models. Key performance indicators for cost items may be generated based on the cost pools and the cost drivers.

  • Patent number: 11232408
Abstract: A computing system includes a processing device to execute instructions to: store a trained modeling function that embodies a correlation between historical ratings and historical evaluation results of recorded responses that were responsive to prompts presented to a set of persons; receive a request to initiate a digital evaluation process for a second person; receive recorded responses of the second person that are responsive to the prompts; generate, by applying the trained modeling function to the recorded responses of the second person, a reviewing sequence by which to view the recorded responses of the second person. The reviewing sequence orders the recorded responses from a most predictive prompt to a least predictive prompt to reduce a time required to efficiently determine an evaluation result. The system further transmits data that causes display of a list of the recorded responses of the second person in the reviewing sequence.

  • Patent number: 11182744
Abstract: Systems herein include a managed content application that can place markers for conversations within secure documents. A separate social application can serve as the platform for the conversations, allowing for efficient conversations that can occur in real time. The markers can be stored with the documents and identify the conversation, allowing users to retrieve historical conversations that occurred on the social application from within the document. This can allow users to quickly come up to speed without having to rehash the conversations with the original participants. Document security can also be maintained without sacrificing conversation efficiency of the social application.

  • Patent number: 11144931
Abstract: In one example, a data package created by a particular wireless mobile device, and comprising metrics collected by the wireless mobile device, is retrieved. The metrics concern performance of the wireless mobile device in a wireless communication network, and are transformed into measures that enable derivation of a key performance indicator concerning the performance of the wireless mobile device. An enriched measure is generated by processing the measures based on correlations of wireless mobile device events in a time sequence, and the enriched measure is transformed into a KPI that is specific to the performance of the wireless mobile device. The KPI of the wireless mobile device is compared to a KPI of the population of wireless mobile devices, and results of the comparison of KPIs serve as a basis to resolve a problem regarding operation of the wireless mobile device.

  • Patent number: 11132645
Abstract: Techniques for predicting relevance of social networking service member accounts to a job posting. In an embodiment, a candidate predictor engine of a system encodes data representing an applicant quality (AQ) score for each job/applicant pair for a plurality of applicants to a job posting. Additionally, the system stores the encoded data and assigns member-level weights to each of the applicants. Moreover, the system calculates weighted AQ scores for each of the job/applicant pairs, the weighted AQ scores being products of respective AQ scores and member-level weights. Furthermore, the system sums the weighted AQ scores to derive a total weighted score for the job posting. Then, the candidate predictor engine generates a job-level probability of confirmed hire (pCH) based on the total weighted score, the job-level pCH indicating a likelihood of the posting being filled by an applicant. Also, the system transmits the job-level pCH to a client for display.

  • Patent number: 11126970
Abstract: A method and system for automating some aspects of a recruiting process, which may implement rules permitting the processes of sourcing candidates, setting up job interviews, and responding to candidate questions to all be automated with a computer. Such a system may match résumés and job descriptions with a scoring system, and may initiate communications between one or more candidates and a recruiter once an appropriate number of matches have been found. The system may then be configured to field responses to commonly asked questions from a question database, and notify the recruiter if a question is asked that it cannot answer, and may further be configured to proactively ask questions to the candidate if desired. This may allow recruiters to focus on the highest level of vetting, and on aspects of the recruitment process such as promoting the hiring company and salary negotiations.
