The registration process involves associating the numbered card with the article's label. Registration is only permitted if the numbered card and the label's identifier code are not associated with a previously sold article. This process thwarts the potential sale of counterfeit articles to purchasers.

For each job, a job affinity score is determined based on a comparison of job data and a member profile. To better describe these variations, the present invention presents a suite of paired sales and price per square foot index models built around an array of property transaction characteristics. Several layers exist within each dimension, allowing for more than 300 different index model perspectives for a given property address.
