Abstract: Methods and systems for displaying, to a user interface, categories of items for the user to select from for querying the system, in order to enable the system to return to the user images of items of the type desired by the user for possible purchase. The items categories of items can be presented to the user interface visually in silhouette form so that the user can select brand and the silhouette image of the type of item desired. Upon selection of the silhouette image, a query is sent to the system and images of the desired type of item are returned to the user interface for presentation to the user, along with certain attributes of the items.

Abstract: A system and method for identifying a customer's location within a facility or place of business, such as, but not limited to a casino. The system and method provides notification company representatives upon arrival of the customer at the given location. Additionally, the method and system allows for navigational services to be provided to customers, and real-time location determination, location tracking and confirmation to customers of location and rewards program status. The disclosed method and system can work through a system of wireless radio, sound and/or light-based beacons communicating with the customer's smartphone, computer system, or other electronic device.

Abstract: According to certain aspects of the disclosure, a computer-implemented method may be used for regulating vehicle stock. The method may include receiving one or more queries indicative of one or more characteristics of a vehicle for purchase by a user and determining based on the one or more queries indicative of the one or more characteristics of the vehicle, at least one vehicle available for purchase at a location of a merchant. The method may also include determining a quantity of the at least one vehicle purchased and assigning a value to the at least one vehicle based on the quantity of the at least one vehicle purchased and a quantity of received queries about the vehicle. The method may also include transmitting the value to the user, with a recommendation regarding the at least one vehicle available for purchase based on the value.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for providing an efficient and time-saving shopping experience by allowing a user to initiate a purchase of items corresponding to items included in an item list (e.g., shopping list) while minimizing user interactions. A user may initiate a shopping experience via a voice command and/or an interaction with a user interface associated with a list management service. Using keywords included in the item list, a list of recommended items that correspond to items included in the shopping list and are available for purchase at a particular store can be determined and presented to the user. Item listings may be preselected for purchase based at least in part on a determined likelihood that the user will purchase the item. The user can review the recommended items and select a purchase component (e.g., add-to-cart component, buy component), that upon selection, initiates the purchase of the selected items.

Abstract: Based on orders fulfilled by shoppers of an online concierge system, the online concierge system identifies items in an order that are difficult to find in a warehouse in which the order is fulfilled. When a shopper obtains a difficult to find item from the warehouse, the online concierge system prompts the shopper to provide information for finding the difficult to find item in the warehouse. The online concierge system stores the information for finding the difficult to find item from the shopper in association with the difficult to find item and with the warehouse. Subsequently, when a different shopper is fulfilling an order from the warehouse including the difficult to find item, the online concierge system displays the information for finding the difficult to find item in the warehouse to the different shopper.

Abstract: A system and method for a dynamic customer checkout experience within an automated shopping environment that includes generating a virtual cart for the customer through an automatic checkout system; tracking location of the customer; generating an assessment of the virtual cart; and selecting a processing mode for the customer based in part on the assessment and executing the processing mode within at least one computing device in coordination with the location of the entity.

Abstract: Technologies are provided for dynamic delivery of travel planning information based at least on a travel condition. The travel planning information can be crowdsourced from multiple supplier accounts and can be retained in a distributed storage platform. Some embodiments of the technologies include a computing system that can receive data identifying travel conditions of a subject from a mobile user equipment (UE). The travel conditions can include a health condition and/or biometric data. The mobile UE can be a portable computing device or a vehicle. The computing system can determine that a rule to provide travel planning information is satisfied, and then can acquire specific travel planning information using at least one of the travel conditions. The computing system can provide the first travel planning information to the mobile UE.

Abstract: A system and method for personalizing user interest based on user built profiles are provided. In example embodiments, the system may include a non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing computer-executable instructions and one or more processors. When the one or more processors execute the computer-executable instructions, the processors may be configured to receive a first attribute and a second attribute describing an item of interest submitted by a user, the first attribute and the second attribute assigned to a category by the user. When the first attribute is received, the one or more processors may determine at least one shared feature between the first attribute and the second attribute, and display recommended items to the user that include the at least one shared feature.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques for monitoring transaction data. A first symbol is a symbol is assigned, at a first point in time, to a user device, where, when a user of the user device inputs an item, the user device outputs the symbol. The symbol is then detected, via one or more image capture devices, at one or more moments in time, and a number of times that the symbol was detected is determined. At a second point in time subsequent to the first point in time, a number of items associated with the user is determined. An audit of the uses is initiated based on determining that a difference between the number of times and the number of items exceeds a threshold maximum difference.

Abstract: In an approach to identifying package bundling on an ecommerce platform, one or more computer processors receive a search query from a user for a primary product in an ecommerce platform. One or more computer processors retrieve a search history of the primary product. One or more computer processors retrieve a product history of the primary product. Based on the retrieved search history and the retrieved product history, one or more computer processors create an ontology tree that includes the primary product and one or more related products. Based on the ontology tree, one or more computer processors determine one or more product bundles that include the primary product and at least one of the one or more related products. One or more computer processors generate a first checklist of the one or more product bundles. One or more computer processors display the first checklist to the user.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for optimization of data queue priority for reducing network data load speeds. A user may utilize a communication device to access an online resource and request data, such as server data from an online server. The online resource may determine a user profile associated with the user and/or device, which may include previous online actions and completion information for electronic transaction processing with one or more online entities. Using the profile, the server may optimize a data queue for data delivery to multiple devices depending on the devices' data requests and priority. The server may deliver data to the devices based on the data queue. The server may also update the user profile based on additional device actions with the server. These techniques may be particularly useful for prioritizing requests during peak server resource usage.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods, systems, and apparatuses for determining item recommendations and receiving dynamic modifications to an item recommendation algorithm. The method includes receiving electronic data indicating a set of items, generating, using a recommendation engine executing on a processor, a first set of one or more item recommendations from the set of items, causing a client interface to be generated, the client interface comprising the one or more item recommendations and a plurality of interface controls, wherein selection of one of the plurality of interface controls causes a weight adjustment indication to be transmitted for at least one of the plurality of weights, receiving the weight adjustment indicator, adjusting at least one weight of the plurality of weights associated with the weight adjustment indicator, and generating a second set of one or more item recommendations using the adjusted at least one weight.

Abstract: Systems and methods for use with a service provider and a consumer electronic device include a trusted remote attestation agent (TRAA) configured to perform a set of checking procedures or mechanisms to help ensure the security status of a consumer electronic device (e.g., a mobile terminal or phone) that holds financial instruments. The checking procedures may include: self-verifying integrity by the TRAA; checking for presence of a provisioning SIM card (one that was present when the financial instruments were enabled on the device); checking that a communication connection between the consumer electronic device and the service provider is available and active; and checking that communication connectivity to a home mobile network is available and active. The frequency of the checking mechanisms may be adjusted, for example, according to a risk-profile of a user associated with the device or the location (e.g., GPS location) of the device.

Abstract: A direct payment token generation method provides executable codes to a client device. The executable codes invokes functionalities in a browser application. The set of executable codes further provides login prompts to the user for logging to a virtual wallet account. The method provides a list of products for purchase from merchants in response to a successful login to the virtual wallet account. A graphical element is provided for purchasing one provided product from one of the merchants. In response to receiving a selection of the provided graphical element confirming the purchase, a payment token is generated for the virtual wallet account. The received selection includes confirming detailed information of the purchase. The payment token is transmitted to the client device and is embedded in a payment payload with the detailed information of the purchase. The payment load is transmitted to the one of the merchants to complete the purchase.

Abstract: A customer who visits an online marketplace to view information regarding an item formed from fabric may request and receive instructions for producing a sample of the fabric that mimics the sensations of touch and feel of the fabric. The sample may be produced using an automated fabricator, such as a 3D printer, associated with a client device from which the customer made the request. The instructions may include or describe a digital model of the fabric, customized for the automated fabricator. In particular, the sample may be formed from various plastics or other materials that are accessible to the automated fabricator, and need not be formed from the actual materials that are included in the fabric.
