Abstract: A method for providing a visual representation of a graph may include displaying a current node of interest. The current node of interest may include a first plurality of neighbor nodes. A subset of the first plurality of neighbor nodes may be displayed with the current node of interest. Links connecting the subset of the first plurality of neighbor nodes to the current node of interest may also be displayed. The method may also include displaying a user interface element that facilitates navigation to additional neighbor nodes that correspond to the current node of interest but are not currently displayed.

Abstract: A method for enhancing speed of incremental backup, a bridge device, and a storage system are provided. The method includes: regarding a predetermined location within the storage system, determining whether a record file exists; in response to the record file existing, determining whether any file needing to be compared exists; in response to said any file needing to be compared existing, comparing said any file needing to be compared with content of the record file to generate at least one comparison result, wherein said at least one comparison result indicates whether a set of attributes of said any file needing to be compared completely exist in the record file; according to said at least one comparison result, determining whether any difference is found; and in response to said any difference being not found, preventing triggering any backup from a source storage device to a target storage device.

Abstract: A method and system for optimizing backup and backup discovery operations using change based metadata tracking (CBMT). Specifically, the disclosed method and system entail eliminating the storage and subsequent transmission of redundant asset metadata information to a central coordination point during backup discovery operations, which may strain central coordination point resources, as well as client device resources. Accordingly, rather than re-sharing the same asset metadata information every time a backup discovery initiates, the client device tracks, maintains, and transmits only changes in asset metadata, thereby conserving resource utilization.

The system combines Machine Learning models to identify sentences mentioning supply chain between two companies (evidence), and an aggregation layer to take into account the evidence found and assign a confidence score to the relationship between companies.

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods of the present invention create a searchable index that includes informative portions of text. In an example, a computer-implemented method creates a discourse tree from a body of text. For each non-terminal node in the discourse tree, the method identifies a rhetorical relationship associated with the non-terminal node. The method labels each terminal node associated with the non-terminal node as either a nucleus or a satellite. The method further accesses a rule associated with the rhetorical relationship, and selects, based on the rule, selects the fragment associated with the nucleus. The method creates a searchable index including the selected fragments.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide systems and methods to streamline the mechanism by which data users access differently regulated data through the use of one or more integrated identifiers. The integrated identifiers lessen or eliminate the need to separately maintain one set of identifiers for regulated data and another set for non-regulated data. The methods and systems may be applicable in various credit and healthcare contexts where regulations over data use are prevalent. In one or more embodiments, a data user receives a unique integrated identifier for each of the data user's current or prospective customers, and the integrated identifiers can be used to persistently identify and track the customers over time and across applications that access regulated and/or non-regulated data. In the healthcare context, a healthcare provider may utilize a patient ID as the integrated identifier. To protect privacy, the integrated identifier may not include social security numbers or birthdates.

Abstract: An aggregated performance reporting system includes a computing system in communication with a database that stores element records associated with the elements of a distributed computing environment. Abstract: A method for storing and updating data relating to a first dynamic Knowledge Organization System, and for storing and updating the mapping of its concepts to the concepts of a second Knowledge Organization System. The methods enables a reduction the computational burden involved in updating the mapping if Knowledge represented in the first KOS evolves, while at the same time ensuring a high level of accuracy of the mapping between both KOSs. This allows for more efficient use of the knowledge represented on aggregate by multiple KOSs, for example in the context of automated systems or artificial intelligence agents.
