  • Patent number: 10914059
Abstract: A urinal raised footplate assembly with each of the footplates mounted on a weighted base and connected at the heel to a first transverse member for retaining the footplates at a fixed distance apart. The assembly further including axially extendable members connected to a second transverse member that when butted against a wall supporting the urinal maintains the footplates at a fixed distance from the urinal such that a user positioned on the footplates straddles a center of the urinal basin minimizing drips and protecting the footplate from spillage. Embodiments include flexible joints at the heel and toe such that the footplates may be angled to accommodate different width urinals.

  • Patent number: 10906123
Abstract: Provided herein is a quick disconnect torch handle for use in a plasma arc system. In one approach, the plasma arc system includes a lead having a first end connected to a power source and a second end connected to a torch handle. The quick disconnect is located at a proximal end of the torch handle, and may include at least one signal connection, a pilot connection, a fluid connection, and a main power connection. The fluid and power connection may be formed by a connection between a main power socket and a conductive conduit. Specifically, the main power socket includes a conductive spring and an O-ring encircling an interior bore thereof. Removal of the conductive conduit from the main power socket causes the fluid connection to break between the O-ring and the conductive conduit, and then the power connection to break between the conductive spring and the conductive conduit.

  • Patent number: 10869580
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of manual dispensers and actuating mechanisms are disclosed herein. An exemplary dispenser includes a housing, a receptacle for receiving a container of fluid and an actuating mechanism for causing fluid to be dispensed from the container. The actuation mechanism has a first pivot arm having a pivot point on a first end and a cam on a second end and a second pivot arm having a pivot point a first end and a curved contact surface on a second end. The actuating mechanism includes a pushbar. One of the first and second pivot members is connected to the pushbar. When the pushbar is pushed inward, the cam is configured to travel along the curved contact surface. Movement of the cam along the curved contact surface moves the engagement mechanism upward and downward in a substantially linear motion when the engagement mechanism is connected to a pump to cause the pump to prime with fluid and dispense the fluid.

  • Patent number: 10843214
Abstract: A one-way valve assembly including a chamber forming body and a valve forming body. The chamber forming body has an opening that extends along an axis and a radially outwardly directed catch surface. The valve forming body extends through the opening, and has an inner sealing disc that is positioned axially inwardly from the opening and has a radially inwardly directed catching surface. The disc is movable between a closed position and an open position. When the sealing disc is at the closed position, the catching surface is positioned radially outwardly from the catch surface in radial alignment with the catch surface so that, if the catching surface were forced radially inwardly, the catch surface would engage with the catching surface to prevent the catching surface from passing axially outwardly through the opening.
