Abstract: A bangle and makeup kit combination assembly and method of operation provide a personal adornment, such as an annular-shaped bangle, that discretely stores and efficiently dispenses individual components of a makeup kit. The assembly comprises a makeup kit comprising multiple makeup components, such as eye and brow liners, trays, mirrors, and a makeup applicator. The assembly further comprises a bangle having an outer ornamental cover that is defined by a decorative surface. The bangle further comprises an outer annular member, a middle makeup retention member having slots that correspond with makeup components, and an inner annular layer. The bangle also includes an edge locking mechanism that secures the annular members and makeup kit components into the ornamental bangle configuration until disassembly for access to the makeup kit is desired. In this manner, the bangle can be worn as an ornament, and then disassembled to access the makeup kit contained therein.

Abstract: A device for providing safety during the process of installing eyelash extensions onto the natural eyelashes of a subject, especially when the installation is automatic. In some embodiments, the placing of extensions is carried out by a robotic mechanism utilizing computer vision, and in some embodiments, a barrier is created between the robotic mechanism and the subject in order to protect the subject in the event of a malfunction.

Abstract: A hair augmentation system is provided including a main portion. A clip notch may be provided in the main portion. A removable clip portion may complement the clip notch in the main portion. The main portion and the clip portion together may have a concave inner surface and a convex outer surface. At least one hair clip may be provided on the inner surface of each of the main portion and the clip portion. A flap cavity may be provided in the main portion. A hair flap may be provided on the main portion at the flap cavity. At least one hair comb may be provided on the hair flap. Imitation hair may be provided on the outer surface of the main portion.

Abstract: A hair weave removal tool includes a handle, an elongated member, a magnifier, and a light source. The elongated member extends from an end of the handle. The elongated member includes an extension extending outwardly therefrom and a guide member located laterally adjacent the extension. Abstract: A hair styling aid for curling hair is described, including a housing, guide means comprising a slot in a wall of the housing for receiving a length of hair to be styled, a rotatable element rotatable clockwise or anticlockwise relative to the housing and the guide means, to form curls, and a heated elongate member around which the length of hair is wound by the rotatable element, in use. The housing surrounds a part of the elongate member to form a chamber between the housing wall(s) and the elongate member, the housing extending from and being integral with a handle. The rotatable element is rotatable relative to or with the elongate member, having a predefined starting position to which it is automatically returned after use. The housing has a longitudinal axis and the slot is parallel with the longitudinal axis of the housing.

Abstract: An improved nail polish bottle includes a receptacle having an inner volume configured to retain a nail polish substance. The receptacle having two openings with a pair of coupling members attached to the two openings. The pair of coupling members configured to couple two nail polish cap and brush assemblies. Each nail polish cap and brush assembly includes a different brush type. One is a standard brush for general nail polish use and the other is detailed brush for fine detailed work, such as nail art. The caps on the assemblies may include different shapes or designs so the user knows which cap corresponds to a specific brush. Both brush types share the same nail polish substance in the inner volume of the receptacle.

Abstract: An artificial lash extension includes clusters of artificial hairs. Each of the clusters includes at least two artificial hairs. Each of the clusters are coupled at a base formed by at least an application of heat. Each of the clusters are spaced from one another along a length of the base. The coupled clusters and the base are designed for an application under a natural lash.

Abstract: A method of applying artificial lashes includes obtaining a set of clusters of artificial hairs that form a set of lash fusions connected to a base so as to form a set of lash extensions. The set of clusters may be heat fused at its root to form the base. The method may further includes applying an adhesive to enable the set of lash extensions to be affixed to natural eyelashes, and arranging the base of the set of lash extensions proximate to a proximate end portion of a natural upper eyelash of a subject such that the set of lash extensions extends from the proximate end portion toward a distal end portion of the natural upper eyelash. The method may also include affixing the lash extensions to the natural upper eyelash of the subject such that the lash extensions adhere to the natural upper eyelash via the adhesive.
