Abstract: A syringe packaging system that includes a packaging member defining a first compartment, a second compartment, and a third compartment that are in gaseous communication theretogether is disclosed. The first compartment is structured to receive a syringe barrel therein, the second compartment is structured to receive a plunger rod therein, and the third compartment is structured to receive an oxygen absorber therein. With the packaging member enclosing the syringe barrel, the plunger rod, and the oxygen absorber, the oxygen absorber is adapted to draw oxygen from within the syringe barrel and to absorb oxygen contained within at least one of the first compartment, the second compartment, and the third compartment of the packaging member. The syringe packaging system of the present disclosure also allows for reduced storage space of a syringe assembly.

Abstract: The disclosure includes a lens jacket configured to cover an eyeglass frame comprising a first lens and a second lens connected. Embodiments of the lens jacket can include a soft material that extends along a first direction and a second direction. The soft material can comprise an inner surface and an outer surface. Embodiments of the lens jacket can also include a pivot axis that extends through the soft material and extends parallel to the first direction, a first attachment mechanism located along the first portion of the soft material, and a second attachment mechanism located along the second portion of the soft material. The first attachment mechanism can couple with the second attachment mechanism to thereby retain the soft material in a closed position to thereby protect the first and second lenses.

Abstract: A Y-type gauze positioning rod is adapted to be disposed in a Y-type gauze so as to position the Y-type gauze to an affected region. The Y-type gauze positioning rod includes a Y-type flexible body having a holder and two supporting branches. The two supporting branches are connected to the holder and separated from each other. A Y-type gauze positioning assembly is further provided.

Abstract: A syringe packaging system that includes a tube and a cap for enclosing a pre-filled syringe is disclosed. The tube includes a tube cut flange and the cap includes a cut skirt. With a syringe barrel contained within the tube, a syringe barrel cut flange is aligned with the tube cut flange. With the pre-filled syringe enclosed within the tube and the cap, the cut skirt of the cap surrounds the syringe barrel cut flange. In one embodiment, a film is securable to a portion of the tube and a portion of the cap to connect the tube and the cap with the pre-filled syringe enclosed within the cap and the tube.

Abstract: A pod for exchanging consumable parts with a process module includes a base plate having a front side, a back side, and first and second lateral sides. A first support column is disposed on the first lateral side proximal to the front side. A second support column is disposed on the second lateral side proximal to the front side. A third support column is disposed on the first lateral side proximal to back side and a fourth support column is disposed on the second lateral side proximal to the back side. Each of the support columns includes a plurality of support fingers distributed lengthwise and directed inward. A first hard stop column is disposed parallel to the third support column and a second hard stop column is disposed parallel to the fourth support column. A shell structure connected to the base plate is configured to enclose the first, second third and fourth support columns, top plate and first and second hard stop columns and includes a front opening disposed on the front side of the base plate.

Abstract: Improved packages and methods for constructing packages are provided that are designed such that the user can peel back a lidding member of the package to reveal an independently peelable portion covering one of the compartments. The independently peelable portion is a layer of the lidding member that maintains the respective compartment in an unopened (sealed) condition until the user independently peels that layer off to access the items in that compartment. The lidding member can be used to re-seal all of the compartments before and/or after the independently peelable portion is removed. The independently peelable portion may include a visual indication of a sealed condition of the compartment that serves as a tamper evidence feature. In multiple-compartment packages, peeling back the lidding member allows the user to access some of the compartments of the package, while at least one of the compartments remains sealed via the independently peelable portion.

Abstract: A carton for holding a plurality of articles. The carton has a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels include a bottom panel, a first side panel, a second side panel, a top panel, and a handle panel at least partially overlapping one of the first side panel and the second side panel. At least one gusset is foldably connected to the bottom panel and one of the first side panel and the second side panel. An access feature is formed in the top panel for accessing the interior of the carton. A handle includes a handle opening in the handle panel. The handle opening is spaced apart from the access feature.

Abstract: A dispensing capsule having a cap body, a bulbous actuator, and a sealing member. The cap body has a lip around its top portion that includes an annular groove on its underside. The bulbous actuator has a perimeter lip around its bottom portion, the perimeter lip having an annular protrusion extending upward. The bulbous actuator is attached to the underside of the cap body such that the annular protrusion of the bulbous actuator engages said annular groove of the cap body. The sealing member is disposed across the bottom portion of the bulbous actuator such that the perimeter lip of the bulbous actuator is disposed between the sealing member the lip of the cap body. The sealing member is configured to rupture upon application of force to the bulbous actuator causing an ingredient in the ingredient storage chamber to be dispensed from the capsule.

Abstract: A facial mask tray includes a plate-shaped plastic base. An accommodating socket is formed on the base for holding essences. The accommodating socket includes compaaments positionally corresponding to sites of a user's face that need focused skincare treatments. When filled with different essences according to the user's skincare needs, the compartments limit the essences in local sites on the base, so as to prevent the essences from diffusing inside the base and permeating to the whole base. When a substrate of a facial mask is placed into the accommodating socket, the substrate absorbs the essences in the compartments at its different parts locally, so that when put on a user's face, the facial mask provides focused skincare treatments specific to different facial skin parts, thereby improving the overall skincare effects.

Abstract: A package includes a blank having a face panel and a back panel. The face panel includes apertures and face tabs. The back panel includes gates that correspond with apertures, and tab strips that overlap the gates and are adjoined to back tabs. A blister pack is sealed between the face panel and the back panel whereby blisters align over gates and protrude through apertures. To remove an item from a blister, a tab is pressed out of the panels, a pull tab is pulled to move a slidable tab clear from the gate, and pressure is applied to force the item through the backing sheet of the blister pack and the gate.

Abstract: A syringe packaging system including a shell for enclosing a pre-filled syringe is disclosed. The shell includes a first portion having a proximal end and a distal end having a disk-shaped bottom portion; and a second portion having a proximal end and a distal end. With the first portion engaged with the second portion to form the shell, the proximal end of the first portion and the proximal end of the second portion together define a syringe flange having a top wall that defines a shell proximal aperture, a bottom wall, and a sidewall.

Abstract: An assembled frame structure including a hollow frame and a plurality of covers is provided. The hollow frame has a plurality of first assembling openings. The covers are detachably assembled to the hollow frame through the first assembling openings respectively, so as to form the assembled frame structure into a multi-function package module.

Abstract: A flexible package having a tamper evident product authentication label secured thereto and methods of making the same are provided. The package includes at least one panel having a heat seal line. The label has an outer surface with authentication indicia appearing thereon and an inner surface adhesively secured to the package adjacent the heat seal line. The label includes peripheral portions that are frangible, with one of the frangible peripheral portions of the label being located within a portion of the area made up by the heat seal line. Accordingly, attempted removal of the label from the package will cause the label to tear, leaving at least a portion of the peripheral edge of the label secured to the package to thereby prevent reuse of the label.

Abstract: A reclosable package for an article may include a base with a planar floor defining an article-retaining cavity and raised sidewalls extending about the perimeter forming part of the article-retaining cavity with a cover with raised sidewalls coupled to the base configured to move between an open position and a closed position. The sidewalls may form a double wall about the perimeter of the base with a channel that remains open when the cover is disposed in the closed position. A plurality of projections extending from at least one sidewall of at least one of the cover and base and a plurality of notches in at least one sidewall of at least one of the cover and base keep the cover closed as the projections insert into the notches with a snap fit engagement.

Abstract: A packet according to some embodiments of the disclosure is provided for holding a goods package. The packet includes a carrier on which a pop-up bag is mounted. When the packet is folded, the carrier and the pop-up bag are substantially flattened. When the packet is opened, the carrier is unfolded which opens the pop-up bag. Coupons or other loose articles can be place in the pop-up bag.

Abstract: A buckling apparatus includes a buckle, a connector and an elastic element. The buckle includes two bores. The connector includes a main axle, two levers transversely extending from the main axle, and two external rods extending from the levers into the bores. The elastic element includes a first torque spring, a second torque spring, and an intermediate lever formed between the first and second torque springs. The first torque spring is located between and connected to the levers and adapted for biasing the buckle from the connector. The second torque spring is supported on the first lever and adapted for biasing the connector from a toolbox. The intermediate lever is placed against the first lever.

Abstract: The beverage container cover is a disposable security cover that is placed over an open beverage container that contains a beverage. The beverage container cover is placed over the open beverage container for the purposes of: 1) protecting the contents contained within the open beverage container from being tampered with while the open beverage container is unattended; 2) provide a visual indication that indicates that an attempt was made to tamper with the contents contained within the beverage container. The beverage container cover comprises a shell and a locking mechanism. The shell is wrapped around the beverage container to prevent tampering with the contents of the beverage container. The locking mechanism is a permanent lock that once engaged cannot be disengaged. The beverage container cover is removed by removing a perforated tab that is formed within the shell of the beverage container cover.
