Abstract: An illuminated display device that includes a hinge post, a support post positioned in a laterally spaced relationship to the hinge post, and at least one support arm pivotably coupled to the hinge post and movable between a first position and an second position. The at least one support arm is configured to engage with the support post when moved to the first position. The illuminated display device further includes a display assembly supported by the at least one support arm and configured to support at least one display screen.

Abstract: An art display box configured for storing, transporting, examining, and displaying pieces of artwork, such as nail art. The art display box includes transparent panels for viewing of the artwork from multiple views and a mounting plate for securely and removably affixing pieces of the artwork for shipment, handling, and evaluation. To further protect the pieces of artwork, the art display box provides a set of stoppers to maintain a predetermined gap between the mounting plate and the interior surface of a front panel.

Abstract: A tamper evident identification tag and a method are provided. The tag includes inner and outer layers. A tab is integral with and extends from at least one of the inner layer and the outer layer and through an article. A unique code associated with an article is printed on a first portion of the inner layer. The outer layer is configured to be foldable such that with a second portion of the inner layer removed from a second portion of the outer layer, the inner surface of the second portion of the outer layer is configured to be bound to the outer surface of the first portion of the inner layer so as to capture the first portion of the inner layer and a portion of the tab with the terminal end extending through an aperture between the first and second portions of the outer layer.

Abstract: Systems and methods for presenting images on mirrored displays are provided. A cover layer having a surface area is positioned in front of an electronic display having a viewing area. A reflective material is located at the cover layer and is less than fully reflective where the cover layer is located above the viewing area. The mirrored display is configured to operate in a low power mode until a sensor detects a person proximate to the mirrored display and then operate in a normal power mode.

Abstract: An openable structure, such as a greeting card or book, with a body, a cam lift mechanism, and at least one decorative element fixed to tab portions of the cam lift mechanism extending through cam slots in the body. The cam lift mechanism is actuatable by pivoting subpanels of the body away from each other. Pivoting of one of the subpanels causes lateral movement of a cam lever, which then pulls an extended arm portion of a rotating portion of the cam lift mechanism, causing the rotating portion to rotate about a primary axle. The cam slots guide the decorative elements radially outward or radially inward toward the primary axle upon rotation of the cam lift mechanism, causing the decorative elements to pop up or extend outward from the body.

Abstract: The invention relates to a customizable frame system, which can be customized for both shape and size. In some embodiments only the corners are visible, and the structural rails are hidden. In other embodiments, the rails create a frame around the outside of the picture. The rails, and in some embodiments the corners, have a notch that allows the frame to be hung from various sides. The framing system can be supplied in standard sizes and custom sizes. Each corner can be a different shape and color or theme. They can be decorated or embellished with materials, objects or characters. The sides, rails and corners form reusable pieces to make different sizes for new frames.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include a three-dimensional display, such as a flower bouquet, that is arranged to be popped open. The three-dimensional display includes an outer layer and one or more elastomeric or biasing members arranged pop open and/or to hold the display in the open position. In some embodiments, the outer layer includes flower with stems and leaves. In some embodiments, the bouquet includes inner layers attachable to the outer layer. In some embodiments, the elastomeric or biasing member includes one or more elastic bands. In some embodiments, the three-dimensional display may be popped open by pressing the side panels of the display.

Abstract: A label stack assembly and method and system for preparing the label stack assembly is disclosed herein. The label stack assembly may be applied to a product in order to provide care instructions in multiple different languages. Individual pages of the label stack assembly may have separate content, such as translations of care instructions into multiple languages, and may be marked by tabs of various shapes, sizes, or styles that may protrude from an edge of the label stack assembly. Tabs may be marked with country codes indicating the translations or other information. The pages of the label stack assembly may be printed on both a front and a back side, such as may be desired, in order to minimize the number of pages used while maximizing the number of care instruction translations or other content pages.

Abstract: A sign having a display section and a support member that can be removably secured to the display section. The support may be secured within a pocket or receptacle formed in the display section. The pocket may be created in the display section by portions of adhesive, including hot melt adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive. The pocket allows a smaller support member than conventional wire frames while holding the display section above the ground at a height similar to conventional frames.

Abstract: Certain example embodiments relate to a box or other viewer that accommodates one or more glass-inclusive samples and that is usable in a plurality of different configurations to facilitate evaluation of the sample(s) from indoor and outdoor viewing perspectives. The sample viewer is “convertible” between a transportation configuration and the indoor and outdoor viewing perspective configurations. For example, certain example embodiments may be used as glass-inclusive sample shipping and storage containers that transform into miniature mockup walls with little manual effort and with little risk of human viewers looking at glass the wrong way (e.g., a manner that would lead to a false impression of the visual aesthetic of the sample(s) therein). The glass-inclusive sample(s) may include one or more uncoated or coated glass sheets, insulated glass (IG) units, vacuum insulated glass (VIG) units, laminated products, and/or the like.

Abstract: A device for securing a display to a vehicle grill is disclosed, where the device includes a display holder that can hold license plates. The device includes a holder frame having a first end, a first side panel, and a second side panel, where the first end is configured to hold a display. A first hook and second hook are configured to engage a first portion of a front grill of a vehicle. Levers are connected to sliders and a handle bar connects the first lever to the second lever. The hook of the first slider and the hook of the second slider are configured to engage a second portion of the front grill of the vehicle. Together, the lower hooks and upper hooks lock onto the vehicle grill to secure the device with four points of contact in multiple locations.

Abstract: A drinking dramatization glass includes: a glass body being a bottomed cylinder body having a curved part that curves in the horizontal direction as well as a top opening; a fixing mechanism for fixing a video display device on the glass body; and an image aspect ratio control part for changing the aspect ratio of an image on the video display device. The drinking dramatization glass is configured to compensate for a horizontal distortion of images viewed through the drink in the glass.

Abstract: A label for a package that includes a base layer and a top layer attached to the base layer is disclosed. The base layer includes a central surface adapted to receive written markings. The top layer covers at least part of the base layer and includes perforations such that a detachable part of the top layer has a perimeter at least partially defined by the perforations. The detachable part includes a front surface and a back surface that faces the base layer while the perforations remain intact. The front and back surfaces of the top layer are adapted to receive written markings. And, the top layer is opaque such that while the perforations remain intact, any written markings on the back surface of the detachable part or on the central surface of the base layer are not visible from a vantage point outside of the label.

Abstract: A badge and credit card holder that is used to place a plurality of credit cards. The badge and credit card holder defines a badge that is permanently affixed to the badge and credit card holder. The badge and credit card holder defines an open top wherein credit cards can be dispensed from. The bottom of the credit card holder defines a linear slide spring mechanism that swivels an inner L-shaped lever. The L-shaped lever is designed to dispense credit cards in a staggered manner when the linear slide spring mechanism is used to push a lower end of the L-shaped lever. When the linear slide spring mechanism is pushed, the L-shaped lever pushes the plurality of credit cards upwards. The linear slide spring mechanism returns to a rest position after the user eliminates the force used to push the lower end of the L-shaped lever.
