Abstract: An article for hanging on a support surface includes a substrate having a first end and a second end. The article includes a pair of rails with each rail including a recessed channel that extends in a longitudinal direction. A pair of splines is provided with each spline including a raised ridge that extends in a longitudinal direction. The raised ridge is inserted into the recessed channel. The article also includes a first pair of end caps. An elongated hanging element passes through the slots of the first pair of end caps. Wherein in an assembled state, one rail and one spline are disposed adjacent one another such that the raised ridge is at least partially inserted into the recessed channel and the substrate is captured within the recessed channel and the first pair of end caps are disposed over opposite ends of the one rail and one spline to join and hold the one rail and one spline against one another with the substrate captured therebetween.

Said apparatus includes a profile assembly fixedly attached to the side of a compartment, said profile assembly includes a fixing profile fixedly attached to the compartment, said fixing profile is provided in an “I” shape in cross section, wherein a number of fastening bolts are inserted in a web segment of the fixing profile, wherein the free ends of said fastening bolts are provided towards the inside of the web segment, wherein a fastening profile is provided on the inside of the web segment of the fixing profile, wherein the free ends of the fixing bolts are threaded to the fastening profile, wherein the free end of the fastening profile located outside the fixing profile is provided with a fixing slot for engaging the side edges of the advertising cloth, wherein the outside of the web segment of the fixing profile is connected with a cover.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting signage at a support structure is disclosed. The apparatus has a torsion member configured to be attached to the signage, at least one base member configured to be attached to the support structure, and at least one hinge assembly that is disposed between the torsion member and the at least one base member, the at least one hinge assembly including a base hinge subassembly and a second hinge subassembly that are attached together. The base hinge subassembly is attached to the at least one base member. The second hinge subassembly is attached to the torsion member. The torsion member is rotatable in a first rotational direction about the second hinge subassembly and a second rotational direction about the base hinge subassembly, the first rotational direction being different from the second rotational direction.

Abstract: A shelf sign system comprises a base portion having a shelf member configured to be secured to a shelf. The shelf member has a groove. An elongated extender extends from the shelf member adjacent the groove. A sign receiver is arranged at an end of the extender opposite the shelf member and comprises a neck that is proximate the extender relative to a head of the sign receiver. A first sign portion is configured to be removably coupled to the sign receiver. Each of two opposing surfaces of the first sign portion is configured to be printable. The first sign portion comprises a coupling opening having an enlarged central aperture. A second sign portion is configured to be removably coupled to the sign receiver.

Abstract: A scissor pop-up prop module with a stationary base, a scissor linkage, an automation system, and a prop mount for attaching an amusement prop. The scissor linkage articulates in an expansion direction so that the prop mount moves in a linear pop- up direction from a home positions to a displaced position. The automation system suddenly springs the scissor linkage in the expansion direction and then produces gradual controlled movement of the scissor linkage in a contraction direction back to the home position. The prop mount carries a prop mount linkage that is driven to articulate by engagement with the base during a latter phase of pop-up movement of the prop mount from a partially displaced position to the displaced position, to simulate a winged creature spreading its wings as it rises.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a rear vehicle advertisement display that allows for messaging in the form of text and/or graphics to be displayed on the rear of a vehicle when a. rear windshield wiper is in use. The advertisement display system includes a base frame, a hollow vessel, a flexible panel stored within the hollow vessel, and a mounting member for attaching the system to a vehicle. The advertisement display system disclosed is dynamic, such that the advertisement is visible in certain scenarios and hidden in others.

Abstract: A sign mounting for mounting a sign on top of a barrier post that includes a body having an inner side for positioning against a barrier post and an outer side for supporting a sign; and a mounting channel formed on the inner side of the body. The mounting channel allows the sign mounting to be mounted onto and supported by a spline of the barrier post. The mounting channel is open at a lower end and closed at an upper end and has a relatively narrow vertical opening at an inner side extending from the lower end to the upper end for a spline to extend through, and a relatively wider inner portion extending laterally beyond the opening on each side of the vertical opening within which a spline can be positioned. The sign mounting may form part of a mounting kit that includes a barrier post.

Abstract: Placard holders and methods of securing a placard card to a placard holder are described herein. The placard holders include a backing plate; a holder portion movably coupled to the backing plate, the holder portion including an opening and a pocket extending from the opening for receiving a placard card; and a fastener coupled to the backing plate, the fastener being configured to secure a side of the holder portion to the backing plate to retain the placard card in the pocket.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are directed to curvilinear frame that may have canvas applied to the outside to create a 360-degree painting surface. The inventive frame gives a wavy or flowing look and may be painted on all exterior surfaces. The inventive frame utilizes new and improved strength-bearing studs made of a lightweight, sturdy foam being surrounded by a rigid member, typically wood.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a frame assembly includes a mitered frame base including a plurality of rail sections that are joined together in corners of the mitered frame base by a plurality of fasteners. Each rail section includes a first surface for receiving a layered image arrangement. The frame assembly also includes a plurality of mitered splines that are configured to snap-fittingly mate with the plurality of rail sections. Each spline having a second surface that faces the first surface of one of the respective rail sections for securing the layered image arrangement between the spline and the rail section. A corner gap is formed between ends of respective mitered splines in each corner of the frame assembly. A plurality of corner pieces are received within the corner gaps to complete the frame assembly, the plurality of corner pieces snap-fittingly engaging the plurality of rails sections.

In one aspect, the frame apparatus includes a display frame defining a rabbet, a stack positioned in the rabbet, and a spacer apparatus. The rabbet is defined by a floor and a wall. The spacer apparatus is positioned in the rabbet and engagement features thereof extend into the channel in the wall od the rabbet to couple the spacer apparatus to the display frame. For example, the connector pieces may cover the ends of frame assembly members to keep them organized and to keep the members from piercing packaging or other parts of the sign.

Abstract: A tamper evident identification tag and a method are provided. The tag includes inner and outer layers. A tab is integral with and extends from at least one of the inner layer and the outer layer and through an article. A unique code associated with an article is printed on a first portion of the inner layer. The outer layer is configured to be foldable such that with a second portion of the inner layer removed from a second portion of the outer layer, the inner surface of the second portion of the outer layer is configured to be bound to the outer surface of the first portion of the inner layer so as to capture the first portion of the inner layer and a portion of the tab with the terminal end extending through an aperture between the first and second portions of the outer layer.
