  • Patent number: 11700195
Abstract: A network node that provides egress fault protection for a primary egress node. The network node may receive a service label associated with an application from a primary egress node of a primary label switched path (LSP). The network node may use the service label to add a forwarding entry into a forwarding table associated with the primary egress node. Following a fault in the primary egress node, the network node may receive a data packet comprising an LSP label and the service label from a partial backup LSP. The network node may use the LSP label to locate the forwarding table associated with the primary egress node. The service label may be used to deliver the data packet to a destination node according to the forwarding table associated with the primary egress node.

  • Patent number: 11683147
Abstract: A scheduling entity receives, from a half-duplex frequency division duplex (HD-FDD) UE, an initial attach request on a first uplink carrier of a primary cell. It enters into an RRC connected state with the HD-FDD UE and determines an amount of data waiting for uplink in a buffer of the HD-FDD UE. It determines a target uplink carrier and a grant of time for the HD-FDD UE to upload the buffered data. It then transmits downlink control information (DCI) allocating the target uplink carrier for the determined time to the HD-FDD UE. The HD-FDD UE communicates with the scheduling entity via the first uplink carrier, receives the DCI, and switches from the first uplink carrier to the target uplink carrier. It then transmits, over the target uplink carrier, the buffered data to the scheduling entity for the determined time.

  • Patent number: 11675318
Abstract: A time synchronizer receives UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time in serial+PPS (Pulse Per Second) format from a GPS (Global Positioning System) device and outputs timestamp data in multiple formats, including: CAN (Controller Area Network), Ethernet, gPTP (generic Precision Time Protocol), and serial+PPS. Multiple data sources receive timestamp data in the multiple formats and each provide data in a unified UTC time base to a sensor-fusion device. The unified UTC time base is based on the timestamp data in the multiple formats output by the time synchronizer. The time synchronizer may perform edge detection for a first transition of an internal clock signal following a transition of the PPS signal received from the GPS device. The internal clock signal may be asynchronous with the PPS signal received from the GPS device. The internal clock signal may have a frequency of 40 MHz.
