The method includes generating first dynamic exchange item information based on the static exchange item information and generating a use verification code based on the first dynamic exchange item information and the use request. The method includes sending the use verification code to the identified user computing device and receiving information representing the use verification code from the merchant computing device.

Abstract: Disclosed is a web 3.0 orchestration system that creates a token economy through which customers are able to establish relationships and purchase physical and digital goods and services from any merchant at any place without having to access the physical or digital storefront of the merchant. The orchestration system may receive a triggering event from a user device, may compile user data from user profiles that are associated with the user device, and may select a distributed set of smart contracts defined by different merchants based on the triggering event. The orchestration system may execute the distributed set of smart contracts using the user data as inputs, may select offerings from a set of merchants based on the output generated from executing the smart contracts, and may present the offerings to the user device as part of facilitating a transaction between the user device and any of the merchants.

Abstract: A web-based item listing platform provides item listings that users can create or search. Item listings can be generated using structured information extracted while capturing an item listing video of the item. During creation of the item listing video, input prompts are provided to the user that cause a mobile device to provide an input request, such as taking an image of a specific feature of the item or providing some other item description information. During the item listing video, image recognition models may also be employed to determine other item description information, such as the color, the brand, and the like. The item listing can be generated from the item listing video by populating a set of structured data elements associated with an item description type. Each structured data element is populated with the item description information corresponding to the associated item description type.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for utilizing a vehicle to determine an identity of a user. A user may establish a vehicle as associated with the user, such as a vehicle owned by the user or used by the user. The vehicle may include a vehicle device that may be configured to establish connections with other devices using short range and network communications. In various embodiments, the other devices may be devices at merchant locations. Thus, a merchant at the merchant location may be informed about settings, preferences, and/or parameters for use of the vehicle established by the user. The merchant may receive these parameters even if another user is utilizing the vehicle, thus, establishing rules for use of the vehicle by the other user. In other embodiments, the other devices may be devices in other vehicles, allowing the users to communicate and set waypoints during trips.

Abstract: A method for conducting a plurality of electronic service exchanges over a network and a tangible, non-transient computer readable medium including instructions stored thereon to carry out the method are disclosed. The exchanges are conducted between two or more service providers on a basis of service time and description, and do not involve any monetary transaction. The method includes receiving information about an offered and requested service to initiate service exchanges. A plurality of parameters associated with the offered and requested services and an instruction set for each exchange are then identified. When the identification results in a match between the offered service and the requested service of a first service provider on a first terminal coupled to the network and the requested service and the offered service of at least one additional service provider on at least one additional terminal coupled to the network, the service exchange is conducted.

The LME computing system receives service provider profile data from the service providers. Service users can submit service queries to the LME computing system. Based on the parameters of the service query, service providers are identified by the LME computing system. A service request is then sent to a service provider identified by the LME computing system and selected by the service user.

One such system and method for making a custom cosmetic product from an existing non-custom cosmetic product is configured to be capable of: characterizing a non-custom product with a known key comprised of at least one search component; providing user interaction to modify at least one of the at least one search components in this key to create a modified key; and using the modified key to produce custom product which may include determining manufacturing instructions. Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for facilitating migration of electronic shopping carts between devices. A user generates an electronic shopping cart based on interacting with a merchant website using a first device. In response to receiving a request for transferring the electronic shopping cart, cart data associated with the electronic shopping cart is obtained. The cart data is encoded, using a selected encoding technique, into a code, which can be a phrase, an emoji string, a QR code, or an image of a face that can be transferrable to a second device. The code is presented on the first device. In response to receiving the code from the second device, the electronic shopping cart is re-generated based on the cart data extracted from the code. The electronic shopping cart is made accessible to the user via the second device.
