Abstract: A user interface and system for using a non-payment dependent note retail investor security structure and payment dependent note structures to conduct investor-directed or affinity-based online marketplace lending are described. Some of the present inventions are directed to systems and methods for investor-directed online lending. Some inventions are directed to digital on-line peer-to-peer lending. Some inventions are related to affinity models in online lending and peer-to-peer lending. Some embodiments are related to auto investment and auction or funding period and bidding on all or portions of available notes. Some of the embodiments relate to using a Non-Payment Dependent Note (NPDN) securities structure in online lending. Some embodiments combine on-line affinity lending systems and methods with NPDN lending systems and methods. User interfaces are described for each.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for presenting a list of items from an ecommerce site sorted or ranked based on the availability of online contacts having product association designation for one or more of the items. A client device issues a query to an ecommerce site and retrieves a list of items. A social media system is queried to find online contacts belonging to the network of a user. The profile and/or metadata for each online contact is examined to determine if the contact has a product association designation for one or more of the items. The list of items is sorted and/or ranked based on the current availability of online friends having a product association, such that items that have at least one online product designation contact available are presented in the list first, before listing items that are not associated with an available online product association contact.

Abstract: A method for ranking items may include determining a purchaseability score for each item of a specified type based on a number of impressions of the respective item provided to users during a time period, a quantity of the respective item purchased by the users, and a quantity of the respective item added to shopping carts of the users. The method may further include ranking the items based on the purchaseability scores, generating item feed data indicating an ordering of the items based on the rankings, and providing the item feed data to a user device. The user's device may display a scrollable feed of item panels corresponding to the items, with the item panels ordered according to the ordering of the corresponding items.

Abstract: A fashion display method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium, include a customer identification circuit configured to identify a fashion style of a customer viewing a fashion display, a customer assessing circuit configured to determine an assessed trait of the customer by assessing the fashion style of the customer, and a display augmenting circuit configured to augment the fashion display to display a new fashion display customized to the customer based on the assessed trait.

Abstract: A mobile group-purchase system and implementing method thereof is provided, in which the system is formed by a group-purchase server and at least one mobile communication device. User can send a group-purchase invitation by a mobile communication device to a plurality of designated mobile communication devices and create an original buying group so that each member of the group can order commodity offered by the group. Moreover, any member of the original buying group can also create an extended sub-group, so that the creator can get more favorable purchase price. When group-purchase activity is completed, the group-purchase server further calculated out a spread profit which is then feedback to the creator of the extended sub-group, so as to encourage the member of the buying group to use the mobile group-purchase system.

Abstract: A method for conducting a plurality of electronic service exchanges over a network and a tangible, non-transient computer readable medium including instructions stored thereon to carry out the method are disclosed. The exchanges are conducted between two or more service providers on a basis of service time and description, and do not involve any monetary transaction. The method includes receiving information about an offered and requested service to initiate service exchanges. A plurality of parameters associated with the offered and requested services and an instruction set for each exchange are then identified. When the identification results in a match between the offered service and the requested service of a first service provider on a first terminal coupled to the network and the requested service and the offered service of at least one additional service provider on at least one additional terminal coupled to the network, the service exchange is conducted.

Abstract: Techniques facilitating interpretable rule generation using loss-preserving transformation are provided. In one example, a computer-implemented method can comprise evaluating, by a system operatively coupled to a processor, an input data set that comprises three data categories. The computer-implemented method can also comprise transforming, by the system, the input data set into a transformed data set. The transformed data set can comprise two data categories determined based on the three data categories. Transforming the input data set can comprise determining a first cost associated with the transformed data set is no greater than a second cost associated with the input data set.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method including presenting an input field on a user interface of a generalized search entity, wherein the generalized search entity processes data using a generalized search engine that indexes and searches both merchant sites and non-merchant sites, receiving user input in the input field and determining whether the user input corresponds to a product in a product database to yield a determination. When the determination indicates that the user input does correspond to the product in the product database, the method includes presenting a purchase-related search result, wherein the purchase-related search result is configured such that when a user interacts with the purchase-related search result and confirms a purchase associated with the purchase-related search result, the generalized search entity initiates a purchasing process for the product.

A method can include establishing a communication between a mobile device and a separate device a via a wireless link, presenting an instruction associated with the potential purchase and receiving, after the instruction is displayed and interpreted by the mobile device, a single-function gesture which can be a security measure to prevent unauthorized purchase. The method includes retrieving the payment data from a memory of the mobile device and transmitting the payment data via the wireless link to the separate device to make a purchase.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are an interest information analysis method and an apparatus using the same. The method and apparatus are configured to extract a target screen from a user terminal in consideration of scrolling speed, calculate a degree of interest in content information included in the target screen in consideration of multiple split screens corresponding to the target screen and a user touch area, and analyze information about interest of the user by arranging multiple pieces of content information acquired from the user terminal based on the degree of interest. Accordingly, information about interest of the user or a field of interest to the user may be analyzed without referring to a definite intention expressed by the user.

Abstract: The effect of intent bias on content performance can be determined in order to provide more relevant content in response to a query or other opportunity. Performance data can include the frequency with which an action, such as a purchase, occurs in response to an instance of the content being displayed. An intent bias model can be trained using the performance data for two or more intents, such as an action intent and an explore intent. Once the intent bias for an offer is determined, a normalized performance value can be obtained that does not include the effects of the bias. The normalized values can be used to select and place content based on actual performance.

The exact fresh item is scanned using three dimensional scanning. The customer views the images and approves or rejects the exact fresh item before finalizing purchase.

Abstract: A computer based system and method for optimizing product selection is disclosed. The system has a financial measurement gauge that is stored on computer readable media and graphically displayed on a computer monitor. The financial measurement gauge has a central symbol with a plurality of marks on either side of the central symbol. The marks may take on a color; the color and placement of the marks in relationship to the central symbol being indicative of the profitability to the seller of the product being displayed with a given query. The system thus provides methods of alternative product selection that are coupled to the financial measurement gauge to optimize product selection based in part on seller profitability and value to the customer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for receiving, at a user device, data from a near-field-communication tag on an object, initiating, based on the data, a browser on the user device, navigating, based on the data and via the browser, to a site and transmitting authorized payment data or other task to the site based on payment data retrieved from either the user device or a network entity. The data can be communicated from the browser to the site through an application programming interface. Any task can be performed as well such as opening a door, starting a car, or renting a parking space.

One example method may comprise receiving the property level availability call, the property level availability call configured to elicit a response identifying an availability of one or more of the plurality of specified properties for a specified time frame, determining, based on an associated bid, whether an affirmative response to the property level availability call is profitable, and in an instance in which the affirmative response is profitable, causing transmission of the affirmative response.
