Abstract: A billboard framework system may have a plurality of lateral adjusters adapted to be laterally adjustable on poles. The system may also have at least one frame support attached to some of the plurality of lateral adjusters where each of the frame supports may be co-planar with one another. The system may also have a generally rectangular-shaped frame structure connected to the frame supports where the frame structure is coplanar. The frame structure may have two side portions connecting an upper portion and a lower portion.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a decorative and removable cover for wrapping and protecting fences and gates. The cover is made of weatherproof, durable, tear resistant, and decorative material. More specifically, the cover includes a front covering member and a rear covering member for covering the fence from opposing sides. The covering members can be coupled/sewn at one or more edges or can be independent of each other. The cover includes a plurality of extension bands that are used for securing the cover onto the fence. The cover extends generally between the posts and between the top rail and the bottom rail of the fence. Users apply the cover as a temporary modification to the fence or gate which is in accordance with rules of homeowners' associations. The cover comes in a variety of sizes, colors, themes, and designs.

Abstract: Provided is a digital billboard for vehicle. The technical gist of the present disclosure is that it can be installed in various vehicles such as buses and trucks, and can deliver advertisement contents to more citizens while driving, so that advertisers can quickly deliver advertisement contents or achieve advertising purpose, thereby maximizing the effect expected by advertisers. As a vehicle provided with a digital billboard travels, advertising contents can be imprinted in the minds of people due to dynamic visibility. In doing so, it is possible to easily achieve purposes intended by advertisers. In the event of a malfunction of the billboard, it is possible to easily replace the digital billboard firmly fixed in a sliding manner in an advertisement frame.

Abstract: A placard frame comprises a first frame member and a second frame member spaced from the first frame member and extending therefrom at a margin, wherein the first and second frame members and the margin define an interior space adapted to receive a placard. A projection is disposed on one of the first frame member and the second frame member at a location one of at and adjacent to the margin wherein the projection extends into the interior space. Further, a slot is in communication with the interior space.

Abstract: An advertising sign comprises a main housing to accommodate an upright passing therethrough and configured to affix to the upright at a desired height. The main housing presents forward and rearward facing, generally planar, primary advertising surfaces. Retaining assemblies extend along opposite sides of the main housing. Each retaining assembly is configured to releasably retain a secondary advertising insert that presents forward and rearward facing advertising surfaces. Forward and rearward facing upper support panels extend upwardly from the main housing and are configured to support forward and rearward facing advertising onserts thereon. Forward and rearward facing lower support panels extend downwardly from the main housing and are configured to support forward and rearward facing advertising onserts thereon.

Abstract: According to the present embodiments, it is possible to provide a rotary LED display device which reduces the size of the device and can be installed in various location so as to reduce the restrictions on installation space and location. The embodiments may provide a rotary LED display device capable of allowing a user to freely change the display contents immediately and satisfying the durability suitable for long-term operation.

Abstract: A tag anchor comprises an elastic loop having opposed outer and inner surfaces and an elastic anchor that extends radially from the elastic loop. The anchor includes a shank that extends from one of the outer and inner surfaces and a pair of opposed arms that extend laterally from the shank toward the elastic loop and which are sized to not contact one of the surfaces when deflected toward the shank. Abstract: A device for tracking wear of a garment and related methods includes a counter body and an indicator. The counter body has a first indicia and a second indicia thereon. The indicator movably connects to the counter body and is configured to be selectively positioned relative to each of the first indicia and the second indicia for selectively aligning the indicator relative to the first indicia or the second indicia. The first indicia is different than the second indicia such that the indicator in alignment with the first indicia is configured to communicate a first wear state of the garment to a user and the indicator in alignment with the second indicia is configured to communicate a second wear state of the garment to the user.

The seat may have seatback geometry designed to promote coupling an occupant to the seat, thereby minimizing a gap between an occupant and the seatback and, therefore, the impact forces to the occupant in a rear-facing collision by reducing a relative velocity between the occupant and the seat, as well as absorbing energy of the occupant over a longer distance. Example articles include at least one layer including a polymer and an infrared absorptive material including a reduced tungsten oxide. The layer includes a radiation-treated region that exhibits a first appearance under visible light and at least one non-radiation-treated region that exhibits a second, different appearance under visible light.
