Abstract: A stacking chair with a frame connected to a rotating seating portion and backrest portion each of the seating portion and backrest portion having matching profiles such that when stacked the weight of the chairs is distributed across facing surfaces that nest together due to matching profiles, the seating portion may rotate through an angle of rotation greater than 90 degrees and the seating and/or backrest portions may include a injection molded foam interior surrounding an internal frame and with a removable cover on the outside of the foam.

Abstract: A method for producing a multilayer body, with the steps of: a) providing a substrate film with a replication layer; b) molding a surface relief appearing to the observer in the form of a three-dimensional free-form surface, which is formed in particular by structures with a lens-like design generating a magnifying, demagnifying or distorting effect, into a surface of the replication layer; c) applying a first metal layer to the surface of the replication layer forming the surface relief; d) wet-chemically applying an at least partially transparent spacer layer to the metal layer; e) applying a second metal layer to the spacer layer.

Abstract: A dual page bookmark for encouraging personal reading goals includes a planar anchor having a flap extending therefrom. The anchor has an interior edge conforming to the spline edge of a page and a top edge. The flap has an interior edge extending from a point about the midsection of the top edge of the anchor. The interior edge converges with an outer edge of the flap at an end point even with the midsection of the top edge of anchor. The outer edge is formed with a pronounced curvature, which is necessary to the automatic repositioning of the flap as one page of the book is turned to present the next page. A curved interface between the planar portion of the flap and the top edge of the anchor, which biases the planar portion of the flap in the direction of the anchor.

An opening is arranged at a lower end of the integral frame, and an upper portion of the U-shaped rod is inserted into the inner frame from the opening, a plurality of positioning grooves is arranged on the right side of two downwardly extending ends of the U-shaped rod. Side folds are provided on middles of two opposite sides of the foldable stool body. A bottom fold that is inwardly folded is provided at a bottom surface of the foldable stool body. After the inner support plate is removed from the foldable stool body, the two opposite sides with side folds are folded inwardly along the side folds and the bottom surface is folded along the bottom fold, forming a folded body which is accommodated in a cavity of the cover.

Abstract: An end paper arrangement and method for forming the front and back end paper of a book wherein the end paper arrangement comprises an inner sheet and outer sheet which are fastened on one side against each other over at least one area so that an unfastened area remains between the fastened areas. The unfastened area forms a tunnel for the spine of the book. On that side of the inner sheet which is opposite to the fastened side there is an adhesive surface on both edge parts, and there is an adhesive-free area between the adhesive surfaces. On the side of the outer sheet which is opposite to the fastened side, there is an adhesive surface on both edge parts, and there is an adhesive-free area between the adhesive surfaces. The method performs the assembly set forth in the arrangement.

Abstract: In a conventional vehicle seat with a reclining mechanism, a reclining unit is bolted to a seat frame. Consequently, a plate thickness has to be increased in order to ensure strength and a fastening bolt is required, producing factor which increases the number of parts. In order to solve the abovementioned problem, this vehicle seat with a reclining mechanism is configured such that a reclining unit (2) which has the reclining mechanism (5) is affixed to a back side frame (3) and a cushion side frame (40), which constitute the seat frame of the vehicle seat. The reclining unit (2) has the reclining mechanism (5), a movable bracket (6) which is affixed to the back side frame (3), and a stationary bracket (7) which is affixed to the cushion side frame (40). The reclining unit (2) is configured such that the reclining unit (2) is affixed to the back side frame (3) through the movable bracket (6) by welding and is fastened to the cushion side frame (40) by a bolt through the stationary bracket (7).

Abstract: The present invention provides a bathing seat structure for use in a bathtub, wherein the legs frame enables fixed positioning of the base, and the base enables fixed positioning of the seat cushion. The base is provided with two freeing mechanisms, a lever, and a rolling device. After pulling open the lever, the rolling device enables the seat cushion to rotate. The two freeing mechanisms must be pressed to a predetermined depth and must be pressed simultaneously, only then can the seat cushion be shifted laterally, thus preventing inadvertent contact and causing displacement of the seat cushion. The rolling device uses a two-tier centrifugal configuration, thereby supporting equal distribution of a person's weight to achieve smooth rotation with no inclining of the seat cushion, and thus extending the serviceable life of the rolling device.
