The device can include a tubular member formed from a dried leaf having an internal elongated cavity extending from an open end to a closed end. The elongated cavity can be configured to receive a smoking material. The smoking accessory can include a filter disposed within dried leaf and defining the closed end. The filter can have a recess formed in a surface of the cylindrical body along a curved face extending from the first end to the second end, the recess extending radially into the cylindrical body. The smoking accessory can include a capsule containing a flavoring agent disposed within the recess.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a solventless method of producing coated botanical substrates by (i) uniformly coating a known exact amount of an active ingredient on the botanical substrates until the ingredient is substantially adsorbed to the surface of the botanical substrate to produce a homogeneous primary coating of the ingredient on the botanical substrates, and optionally (ii) substantially incorporating a flavoring agent with the surface of the plurality of botanical substrates coated with the ingredient.

Abstract: A wrapping material for a smoking article is formed from a web that includes extracted pieces of cannabis combined with web building fibers. The web has a basis weight of from about 20 gsm to about 80 gsm and a permeability of from about 10 Coresta to about 100 Coresta. The wrapping material has a natural cannabis smell and taste. The wrapping material is tobacco and nicotine free and can be used as a carrier for flavorings or aerosol delivery compositions.

Abstract: In various embodiments of the present disclosure, vaporizable alkaloid compositions are described that are capable of forming an inhalable vapor when dispensed from an electronic device such as an e-cigarette. The compositions herein comprise a substituted pyridine compound in combination with a chemosensory irritant, which in certain examples comprises a spice additive having a spiciness of from about 1,000 to about 20,000,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). A series of vaporizable alkaloid compositions having decreasing (w/v) amounts of substituted pyridine compound are provided as part of a smoking cessation program.
