A content tree is built for each of the one or more content items using the one or more terms and corresponding contexts. A content graph is built using each content tree. One or more subgraphs of the content graph are identified. One or more paths through each of the one or more subgraphs are identified and one or more content expansion recommendations are provided. In response to selection of a content item, the one or more paths are used to provide an enhanced content item with one or more prerequisite content items and one or more subsequent content items.

A second service representative suitable for fulfilling the customer's request for service can be identified, based at least in part on the customer sentiment metric. A second service interaction can be initiated between the customer and the second service representative, responsive to the identification of the second service representative.

The processor is configured to generate an electronic data record (EDR) corresponding to a product and store the EDR in memory associated with the processor. The EDR includes: a record identifier; summary data representative of one or more attributes of the product; and an electronic pointer identifying the location of the product data on the data repository. The processor is further configured to determine a regulatory categorization for the product and a confidence value for the regulatory categorization. The regulatory categorization is determined from at least one of the summary data or the product data. The confidence value is indicative of a probability that the determined regulatory categorization is a most optimal categorization.

Abstract: The invention to which this application relates is apparatus and a method for the monitoring of a guttering and/or roofing system. The invention provides monitoring apparatus at at least one portion of a guttering or roofing system to detect the height of material in the gutter at instants of time and determines the liquid component of said material therein. The data received can be used to determine a future maintenance schedule for said guttering system so as to prevent or minimise the risk of the guttering system flooding and/or alert when an immediate reaction is required in order to prevent flooding or leakage of liquid therefrom.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for improving user experiences within a cloud collaboration platform that integrates communication tools with word processor functions to enhance workflows, save time, and promote teamwork in the development of slide presentations. To improve usability, a cloud collaboration platform may furnish a reader mode to streamline the presentation review process. The reader mode may allow viewers to review the presentation as the presentation will eventually be presented to an audience. The viewers may provide comments and feedback on the presentation without being inundated with comments and metadata added to an edit mode of the presentation by the original authors.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to managing media licenses. Recognition models may be employed to determine media content that includes protected content. Compliance models may be employed to evaluate the media content based on licensing rules for the protected content. Results of the evaluation may be employed to perform further actions, including: identifying portions of the protected content for the media content that may be non-compliant with the licensing rules such that information associated with the non-compliance of the media content maybe provided to a creator or a rights holder of the media content; retraining the compliance models based on metrics associated with interactions by the creator or the rights holder with the media content or the results of the evaluation; employing the retrained compliance models to reevaluate the media content for compliance such that the reevaluated media content that is compliant is granted a media license.
