Abstract: Systems and methods of implementing a finite-state machine using electronic notifications delivered to a client device in a computer networking environment are provided. A content item can be received, along with first and second notifications associated with the content item. The first and second notifications can be stored in a queue. In some implementations, a state machine can be maintained in which at least some states may cause the first or second notifications to be displayed, and in which transitional conditions between states may depend at least in part on user interaction with the displayed notifications.

Abstract: Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided that enables clinicians to create and interact with snapshots of critical clinical/non-clinical information that is readily accessible in future visits. Initially, an indication to create a key note corresponding to a clinical note of a patient encounter for a patient is received. A selection of a key note section that will be associated with the key note is also received. Upon the clinical note being signed, the key note is created and saved. Upon receiving a request from a user, a key note window is provided in a user interface. The user interface enables the user to expand a header corresponding to a particular key note to display details associated with the corresponding encounter. A hyperlink to original summary notes from which the particular key note was created may be provided by the user interface.

Abstract: Methods and systems for providing access to virtual scenes of an interactive application include receiving a selection of the interactive application. In response to the selection, a virtual scene of the application is provided. Interactivity of the user detected in the virtual scene is processed to identify predicted interaction with visual options in the virtual scene. The processing continues till a threshold of actions indicative of imminent selection of one of the visual options is reached. A second virtual scene associated with the visual option that was identified to be imminently selected, is pre-loaded, based on achieving the threshold. The second virtual scene is executed using the pre-loaded content, when the visual option associated with the second virtual scene is selected, so as to enable full rendering of the second virtual scene for user interaction.

Abstract: In a computing system environment, a method for automated document creation by a dynamic content management system is described. A dynamic application programming interface (API) retrieves stored existing and/or persisting user data from a server and constructs a dynamic interview form template. The dynamic API pushes the dynamic template including the retrieved existing and/or persisting document data to a document form engine residing on a user computing device. The document form engine constructs one or more interview form pages from the pushed dynamic template and retrieved existing and/or persisting user data. Each element used to construct the one or more interview form pages is customized to each component of the document being constructed. The selected elements may be one or more of HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript™, or others.

Abstract: User-input obfuscating techniques involving displaying multiple targets on a display device. A visual indication of the current user target moves to a first target at a first time in response to user input, and a first presentation of a visual or audio feedback signal confirming actuation of a target occurs at a second time, without a user input for actuation of a target received while the current user target has remained at the first target from the first time to the second time. The visual indication moves to a second target at a third time in response to user input. The second target is actuated in response to receiving user input for actuation of the current user target after the third time. Then, with the current user target having remained at the second target since the third time, a second presentation of the visual or audio feedback signal is provided.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for automatically verifying online content for different device configurations and/or account configurations. A request for verifying a user interface software workflow is received from a device. The request can specify particular parameters and content to see if that content appeared correctly when presented to users. Session data associated with one or more real-world user interaction sessions between user devices and a service provider server is obtained. The session data is used to generate data representing how one or more user interface elements are rendered on one or more user devices during the one or more real-world user interaction sessions. The data is comparable against benchmark data to determine if content was correctly presented. Reporting data can be made available that indicates if the user interface workflows are operating correctly.

Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and tangible non-transitory computer readable media for route planning are provided. The disclosed technology can include accessing user interface data that includes states of interface elements associated with a user interface. Further, the state of the user interface can be determined based at least in part on the user interface data. The state of the user interface can include functionalities of the interface elements. The interface elements can be mapped to simplified user interface elements on the based at least in part on the functionalities of the interface elements. Furthermore, a simplified user interface can be generated based at least in part on the simplified user interface elements. The simplified user interface elements can be configured to perform operations associated with the functionalities of the interface elements.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for executing a documentation application displaying a graphical user interface having an editable field configured to receive textual input. The system receives a first portion of a textual input in the editable field, which includes a command character designating the first portion of the textual input as a link insertion command. The system receives a second portion of textual input in the editable field and, before entry of the textual input is complete, the system analyzes the second portion of the textual input to identify an external platform service. The system then accesses, using an application programming interface, first hosted data hosted by the external platform service. The first hosted data may be displayed in line with the textual input and used to generate a complete link path. Once complete, the link path is replaced with a selectable graphical object that is operable, when selected, to redirect the user to the external platform service.

Abstract: Systems and methods of virtual world interaction, operation, implementation, instantiation, creation, and other functions related to virtual worlds (note that where the term “virtual world” is used herein, it is to be understood as referring to virtual world systems, virtual environments reflecting real, simulated, fantasy, or other structures, and includes information systems that utilize interaction within a 3D environment). Various embodiments facilitate interoperation between and within virtual worlds, and may provide consistent structures for operating virtual worlds. The disclosed embodiments may further enable individuals to build new virtual worlds within a framework, and allow third party users to better interact with those worlds.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for improving searching functionalities using graphical user interfaces. A web-based platform receives data relating to user activity during a search session, and furthermore presents suggested actions and/or search refinements based on the user activity. Processing modules include logic for identifying patterns and/or indicators in the user activity, and furthermore match detected patterns and/or indicators with suggested actions. The suggested actions are presented on the graphical user interface for allowing a user to refine the search session without exiting or terminating the search session.

The method includes selecting panels to include in a slide based on characteristics of the user device and the panel groups. The method includes determining a scaled size for each panel in the selected panels based on a relative weighting of the panel groups. The method includes resizing a panel in the set of panels based on the scaled size. The method includes generating the slide using the set of panels including the resized panel. The method includes sending the slide to the user device.

Abstract: A system and method for optimized generation of a single page application for multi-page applications is provided. A shell application is fetched for hosting a user interface (UI) associated with one or more child applications. The shell application is associated with multiple pre-defined frames. The shell application maintains a bi-directional communication with the child application until the UI associated with the child application remains hosted in the shell application. Further, UI extensions associated with the UI of the child applications are fetched. The UI extensions are in the form of one or more pre-defined UI visualization formats. Each of the fetched UI extensions are discrete UI extensions functioning independently of the other. Lastly, the UI extensions are deployed in the pre-defined frames associated with the shell application to generate a single page application.

Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to an automated assistant that can control graphical user interface (GUI) elements via voice input using natural language understanding of GUI content in order to resolve ambiguity and allow for condensed GUI voice input requests. When a user is accessing an application that is rendering various GUI elements at a display interface, the automated assistant can operate to process actionable data corresponding to the GUI elements. The actionable data can be processed in order to determine a correspondence between GUI voice input requests to the automated assistant and at least one of the GUI elements rendered at the display interface. When a particular spoken utterance from the user is determined to correspond to multiple GUI elements, an indication of ambiguity can be rendered at the display interface in order to encourage the user to provide a more specific spoken utterance.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for linearizing interfaces within computing applications. In some embodiments, the techniques include defining a sequence of user interface elements, where at least a subset of user interface elements in the sequence of user interface elements correspond to controls for affecting a session state. Responsive to receiving an input value through a user interface element, a linearization process adds the input value to at least one dataset for evaluating a current state for each respective user interface element subsequent to the user interface element in the sequence of user interface elements. The process further evaluates the current state for each respective user interface element subsequent to the user interface element in the sequence of user interface elements based on values within the at least one data set. The process may disable and/or enable one or more user interface elements based on the evaluation.
