    Abstract: A configuration for inter-cell interference coordination in wireless communication systems. The apparatus determines a priority order of a first base station to schedule a first transmission with a first UE. The apparatus transmits a first transmission request to the first UE to schedule the first transmission. The apparatus receives, from the first UE, a measurement report based on the first transmission request received by the first UE, the measurement report indicates a signal quality of the first transmission request. The apparatus determines to schedule the first transmission with the first UE based at least on the measurement report. The apparatus sends a schedule indication to at least a second base station indicating whether the first transmission is scheduled with the first UE, at least the second base station has a lower priority order than the first base station.

    Abstract: A method for determining a sending time of a synchronization block includes: performing descrambling and decoding on a PBCH message carried in the synchronous block, and buffering PBCH symbol data of the PBCH message before demodulation; after the descrambling succeeds and the decoding fails, acquiring PBCH symbol data to be merged, which are same as buffered PBCH symbol data. The PBCH symbol data to be merged include PBCH symbol data of a beam where the synchronous block is located and PBCH symbol data of an adjacent beam in a PBCH merge period; and merging the buffered PBCH symbol data and the PBCH symbol data to be merged until the PBCH symbol data can be correctly decoded. The sending time of the synchronous block and the system frame number can be effectively indicated in the 5G system, and merging PBCH symbol data can be realized without increasing UE complexity.

In response to the received first message containing such pertinent data, a policy is applied to the first message for routing the associated service request to a service provider based upon the content of the extracted data. In accordance with the applied policy, a second message that includes at least a portion of the pertinent data extracted from the first message is transmitted to the service provider. Embodiments of the disclosure facilitate efficient utilization of scarce personnel and computing resources of both contact centers and service providers to increase the effectiveness of their service coordination and provision.

For example, end-to-end beamforming systems include end-to-end relays and ground networks to provide communications to user terminals located in user beam coverage areas. The ground segment can include geographically distributed access nodes and a central processing system. Return uplink signals, transmitted from the user terminals, have multipath induced by a plurality of receive/transmit signal paths in the end to end relay and are relayed to the ground network. The ground network, using beamformers, recovers user data streams transmitted by the user terminals from return downlink signals. The ground network, using beamformers generates forward uplink signals from appropriately weighted combinations of user data streams that, after relay by the end-end-end relay, produce forward downlink signals that combine to form user beams.

When the local buffer is above a predetermined high threshold, the consumer may switch to a catch-up operating mode. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

In other embodiments, the UE can use symbols in the UpPTS to repeat in a predetermined manner some of the symbols transmitted in the immediately succeeding uplink subframe, or in a preceding uplink subframe. The symbols repeated in the special subframe can be coherently combined at the receiver with corresponding symbols transmitted in a downlink or uplink subframe to improve decoding performance, reduce errors, improve channel estimation, and increase system capacity.
