Abstract: An illuminated aerial aircraft display is disclosed. The display may be towed by an airplane with a propeller with a front facing with a plurality of illuminated indicia that includes letters and numbers and illuminated computer generated or non-computer generated moving indicia or pictorial images disposed on the front facing and a wind milling generator installed on a lead pole of the illuminated aerial aircraft display and a plurality of LED lights that illuminate the illuminated indicia. The display has illuminated indicia that may utilize a wide variety of colors and aesthetically pleasing styles and works in combination with the propeller that spins and produces electricity utilized by the LED lights once the illuminated aerial aircraft display is picked up and towed by the aircraft. One or more batteries may also be utilized to power the LED lights.

Abstract: A door with an “EXIT” signal which operates automatically includes a door panel and a light source. The door panel includes a first plate. The first plate includes a front surface. The front surface defines a plurality of pits. The pits form a predetermined pattern, in the shape of a word. The light source is fixed above the first plate. The light source emits light to toward the pits to illuminate the predetermined pattern in the shape of a word when the door is in a closed state.

Abstract: One or more frame bodies are provide for attachment to a display device. The one or more frame bodies are formed by a backing and edging frame, with a display region being created between the backing and the edging frame. The display region is accessible through an item-receiving slot, the item receiving slot cutting through the edging frame. More specifically, the display region is bounded by the backing and an interior surface of the edging frame, while the item-receiving slot cuts through an exterior surface of the edging frame. Advertisements are created by means of a printed graphic, which can be positioned on the removable insert as well as the edging frame. The removable insert is placed in the display region, and can be protected by a transparent cover. Advertisements can be enhanced by illumination sources and ocular-stimulating accessories.

Abstract: A channel letter has a rear surface for mounting against a raceway, wall, or a structure for supporting the signage, and sheet metal sides defining the figuration of the letter or shape to be depicted. A lighting element is positioned against the rear surface of the enclosure, and a lens is retained to the open front of the enclosure. The lens is secured with a retainer cap and a plurality of retainer clips. Each of the retainer clips comprises as least one side including an outwardly extending leg for retention with the retainer cap.

Abstract: The present invention is directed toward a food storage container comprising a body with a mechanism for denoting a time in which a food item was placed in the storage container for storage. In one embodiment, the time designation mechanism comprises a plurality of rings where each ring comprises at least one marker. Time is denoted by aligning the marker with a label located proximate to said ring.

Abstract: A frame assembly comprising an outer frame and a divider that divides a display opening of the outer frame into at least a first display window and a second display window. In one embodiment, the divider is molded while components of the outer frame are extruded. In another embodiment, the divider is coupled to the outer frame by sandwiching a portion of the divider between a glazing and the outer frame, and wherein relative movement between the divider and the outer frame is prohibited by interference between retaining features of one or both of the divider and the outer frame. The divider can be removed from the outer frame by simply removing the glazing and taking the divider out of the rabbet without damaging the outer frame. The same outer frame can be used without the divider.

Abstract: A portable collapsible sign assembly including a fabric covering and support frame which is adjustable between a collapsed and expanded position. When the sign assembly is expanded, or in its deployed state, the fabric covering and support frame possess a connective tension relationship with respect to one another which creates and supports both the sign assembly display sign and base in a stable manner. The fabric covering engagement with the support frame enables the entire sign assembly, including both the display sign and assembly base, to be simultaneously deployed in one user-initiated motion.

A bracket is movably coupled to the box. A shaft is coupled to the bracket. The shaft is supported above the box. A plank is coupled to the shaft. The plank is supported above the box. The shaft acts as a fulcrum on the plank. A rod holder is coupled to the shaft. The rod holder engages the fishing rod. The plank engages a line on the fishing rod. The line is urged upwardly and downwardly by the plank.

Abstract: A hanger attachable to an artwork frame includes a base having an open interior and openings at each end, rim and engagement member spanning the interior of the base. A method of mounting a canvas to an artwork frame includes attaching frame members with mating beveled ends to the back of the canvas, trimming margins of the canvas, rotating the frame members and canvas margins 90 degrees such that the frame ends matingly engage one another, and securing the frame ends to one another. Loose margins of the canvas may be folded and secured to the frame and a backing member attached thereto.

Abstract: A modular sign assembly includes a perimeter frame including an upper support, a lower support, a first lateral support and second lateral support. Each of the upper and lower supports is removably engaged with each of the first and second lateral supports. The first and second lateral supports each include a housing having a top end, a bottom end and a perimeter wall. A light emitter is mounted in the housing and emits light outwardly from the perimeter wall when the light emitter is turned on. A rechargeable battery is mounted within the housing and is electrically coupled to the light emitter. Each of the first and second lateral supports has a receivers attached thereto and each receiver receives two legs. A flexible panel is positioned within the perimeter frame. A plurality of couplers releasably couples the flexible panel to the perimeter frame.

Abstract: A sheet hanging device is configured to attach a sheet of material (e.g., a poster) to a substrate (e.g., a wall) without causing any damage to the sheet or the substrate. The sheet hanging device includes a magnet and a metal member disc. The metal member disc is releasably attached to the substrate via adhesive. The magnet is carried by body member, and may be attached to an insert. The sheet is secured between the magnet and the metal disc as the two are brought together to create an attraction therebetween.

Abstract: The invention relates to a display arrangement including a foot which supports a plurality of panels, which are flexibly interconnected by means of connecting elements, a lifting device and a receiving device that can be lowered into the ground. The receiving device is designed to receive the panels, folded together, including the foot and the lifting device. The lifting device is designed to raise the panels out of the receiving device and to lower the panels into the receiving device. The panels can be folded together in a barrel shape around the foot and in particular also around the lifting device. The receiving device is designed to receive the panels folded together in a barrel shape around the foot and more particularly also around the lifting device.

Abstract: A sign waving apparatus that includes a base, a housing enclosing a motor, a frame support connecting the base and the housing, and a sign mount mechanically connected to a motor. The sign or signs attach to the surfaces of the sign mount. The sign mount moves relative to the housing in a variety of different motions.

Abstract: A display element for displaying information on a push handle of a shopping cart that can be pushed by hand. The display element includes a main body having a region which is covered by a transparent cover that is separably mounted on the main body. A two-dimensional information medium can be arranged between the main body and the cover. The main body is formed with a groove into which one end edge of the information medium can be inserted and the inserted end edge is retained in the groove by frictional locking.

Abstract: A tablet support mount has a main body portion, which when installed is inclined. The upper surface of the inclined main body is adapted for contacting and supporting the tablet. A lower lip is positioned at an angle at the lower end of the main body so as to form an upwardly open V shape. This lip keeps the tablet from sliding off the mount. An upper attachment edge is positioned at an angle at the upper end of the main body. This upper attachment edge is releasably and directly secured to a lower portion of the frame of a cabinet. The main body, lower lip and at least a portion of the attachment edge form a unitary, one piece rigid structure.

Abstract: One embodiment of the current application is a device that can mount to a surface or stand on a table and interchangeably displays one or more sheets of materials. The device comprises a front panel and a back panel. One or more linear wave springs are installed between the two panels. Sheets of materials can be inserted in-between one of the two panels and the linear wave springs. The linear wave springs hold the sheets of materials onto the front panel and/or the back panel. The visual information on the sheets is displayed through one or more display windows on the panels. Another embodiment of the current application is a device that displays a long sheet of material. There are images and/or messages of personal status, feeling, emotion, expression, or greeting on the long sheet of material. The long sheet of material passes over a supporting panel and is attached to two parallel rollers. The top and bottom portions of the supporting panel are curve shaped and flexible.

Abstract: An article comprising a pop-up card is provided. The article comprises a single sheet of paper including a single crease and separating the sheet of paper into a left panel and a right panel, wherein the sheet is in a closed position when folded along the crease, and wherein the sheet is in the open position when not folded along the crease, a pop-up sliceform element coupled to said sheet, wherein the sliceform includes a first plurality of sliceform elements perpendicular to a second plurality of sliceform elements when in the open position, wherein the sliceform element comprises a first and last sliceform element each with a distal tab, and wherein in the open position the pop-up sliceform element is displayed as a three-dimensional configuration, and in the closed position said pop-up sliceform element folds together into a flat configuration.

Abstract: An apparatus for containing a gift includes an outer container, such as a gift bag, having an opening for receiving the gift and an insert, such as a flexible packet, for containing a particulate material. The insert is adapted for attaching to the outer container to release the particulate material upon opening of the outer container to retrieve the gift. Related methods are disclosed.

Abstract: A sign apparatus includes a front display panel and a solid halo panel that are illuminated by a light module. The front display panel is arranged along one side of a frame and the solid halo panel is arranged on the other side of the frame. The light module is disposed within the frame between the front display panel and the solid halo panel. The solid halo panel follows a contour of the front display panel and extends beyond a periphery of the front display panel such that the solid halo panel forms a halo border along the periphery of the front display panel when viewed from a direction toward the front display panel.
