Abstract: A cleaning agent portion including a water-soluble wrapping and at least one composition for cleaning and/or caring for an automatic dishwasher, the composition containing at least i) an acid and/or ii) a buffer system consisting of at least one acid and at least one base, wherein the composition includes at least two parts, at least one part A being a compressed part and at least one part B being a non-compressed part or a further compressed part, an optionally compressed part B being compressed to a lesser extent than part A. The invention also relates to a method for producing the cleaning agent portions. The invention further relates to a method for cleaning and/or caring for an automatic dishwasher using the cleaning agent portion. The invention also relates to the use of and/or a method using the cleaning agent portion for cleaning and/or caring for an automatic dishwasher.

In one embodiment, the present invention is a cleaning composition including an anionic surfactant salt, a saturated C8 to C10 alkyl amide solvent, a cosolvent and water. The composition is substantially free of d-limonene and can remove red food soils with up to 20 percent protein, and also functions as an asphalt removal composition.

Abstract: Compositions comprising a neutral surfactant or a reaction product thereof and a reaction product of a saccharide polymer and a fatty acid may be obtained in the presence of water and a hydroxide base (optionally in the presence of the neutral surfactant), the saccharide polymer comprising a dextran, a dextrin compound, or any combination thereof. The reaction product of the saccharide polymer and the fatty acid may be present at a concentration effective to lower surface tension of the neutral surfactant. Depending on the fatty acid identity, among other factors, the compositions may promote emulsification or de-emulsification. In addition, the compositions may promote foam formation under appropriate conditions. Treatment fluids comprising the compositions, including foamed treatment fluids, may be introduced into a subterranean formation to perform a treatment operation in which fluid emulsification or de-emulsification may occur.

Abstract: Solid laundry fabric softening compositions for laundry applications of use are disclosed. In particular, solid laundry fabric softening compositions combining quaternary dialkyl actives with low iodine values and silicone provide softness without causing any significant yellowing or loss of water absorption or wicking to the treated linen. The solid laundry fabric softening compositions can be provided as a multi-use block having uniform dispensing rates and without block sloughing. Abstract: A method for manufacturing printed textiles includes the steps of: a) inkjet printing an image onto a textile substrate with one or more inkjet inks including an aqueous medium and capsules composed of a polymeric shell surrounding a core which contains one or more thermally curable compounds; and b) thermally fixing the inkjet printed image. Inkjet printed textiles contain a printed image on a textile substrate wherein pigments and/or disperse dyes are at least partially encapsulated by polymeric shell material from capsules composed of a polymeric shell surrounding a core.
Abstract: Provided is a composition which has an excellent affinity with the surface of an adhesive agent and can achieve a high etching rate. Abstract: A cleaning composition is provided herein. The cleaning composition includes a plurality of metal particles and a base fluid. The plurality of metal particles have an average size in a range of from about 1 nanometer (nm) to about 10,000 micrometers (?m), and are dispersed in the base fluid. The cleaning composition is configured to generate an exothermic reaction when contacted with one or more components on a surface and water to facilitate removal of the one or more components from the surface. Methods of making and utilizing the cleaning composition are also provided.
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a peroxide based cleaning composition comprising a peroxide; a builder; a surfactant; a peroxide stabilizer; and remainder water and optional adjuvant. In various embodiments, the cleaning composition comprises hydrogen peroxide, sodium bicarbonate, a vegetable fatty acid potassium soap, glycerin, water and essential oil. The peroxide based cleaning composition exhibits storage stability for up to about 9-months and provides cleaning efficacy on a wide variety of hard surfaces and fabrics.
