The second housing (37) is configured to connect to a second connector (26) of the second harness (20). A coating resin for the third insulation coatings (33) and a housing resin for the first and second housings (36, 37) are synthetic resins having a higher flame retardancy than a resin material for the first harness (10).

The reinforcement portion is formed, between the wiring conductor and the connection terminal portion that is adjacent to the wiring conductor, lower than a height of the dam portion. The reinforcement portion is concatenated with a side surface of the dam portion.

The connecting portion is received in the tubular portion. A crimped portion on the tubular portion radially engages the connecting portion and secures the conductor to the tubular portion. The sealant fills the recess(es) and blocks a leak path between the sleeve and the distal edge. The sleeve may be a section of dual wall heat shrink tubing.
