  • Patent number: 7507011
Abstract: A surface light source equipment includes a light source and a light conductive plate having a light outgoing surface from which a light introduced from the light source outgoes. The light conductive plate is configured so tat the outgoing light is spread across substantially the entire surface of the light outgoing surface, and a plurality of patterns for reflection of a light conducted in the light conductive plate is formed on an opposite surface to the light outgoing surface of the light conductive plate. The respective patterns are structurcd such that, as viewed from a direction perpendicular to the light outgoing surface, a light is incident from a substantially fixed direction determined for every pattern. Each of the patterns has an inclined surface on a light incident side. The inclined surface substantially wholly shields both side surfaces of the pattern, as viewed from a direction of light incidence.

  • Patent number: 7494249
Abstract: A multiple-set heat-dissipating structure for a LED lamp for performing the heat dissipation of the LED set includes a heat-conducting base, a plurality of heat pipes and a plurality of heat-dissipating bodies. On end face of the heat-conducting base is used for adhering to and contacting with the LED set. Each heat pipe has a heat-absorbing end and a heat-releasing end, respectively. The heat-absorbing end is connected to the other end face of the heat-conducting base. Each heat-dissipating body has a hollow cylinder. The outer periphery of the cylinder is formed with a plurality of radial heat-dissipating pieces and is connected on the heat-releasing end of each heat pipe. By dispersing each heat pipe and heat-dissipating body, the heat generated by the operation of the LED set can be conducted and dissipated by each heat pipe and heat-dissipating body at multiple points. In this way, the LED set can be continuously operated under a suitable working temperature and thus its life can be elongated.

  • Patent number: 7488105
Abstract: A backlight module has an upper frame and a lower frame engaged mutually for forming a receiving cavity therein, of which the upper frame has a stop base and is arranged at its top with a support sheet protruding inwardly along an inner perimeter thereof. A light-guide plate and a lighting member are arranged between the upper and lower frames, and a group of optical members is right on the support sheet in order to make the light from the lighting member via the light-guide platestop base uniform and to avoid the light being dissipated directly therefrom. Furthermore, the module is coupled with a substrate positioned on the stop base and over the optical members. The product thereby is easily and smoothly assembled. The group of optical members are conveniently checked, and the upper and lower frames are easily disassembled from each other if examination is necessary.

  • Patent number: 7484861
Abstract: An assembly structure for an energy-saving lamp includes a controlling IC board installed in the lamp seat, a lid that covers the lamp seat, lamp tubes set and fixed onto the lid, and an inductance heat radiating seat installed on the lid; the inductance heat radiating seat allows for an inductance to be installed inside. The inductance and the controlling IC board are separated, and thus damage to the inductance and related components from continuous overheating of the controlling IC board can be avoided. Due to the isolated design of the lid and the lamp seat it is easy to disassemble and change the component parts of either the lamp tubes or the controlling IC board in the event of malfunction. Finally, because the lamp tubes of the present invention branch out horizontally, the lamp's area of illumination is significantly increased. Overall, the present invention achieves the advantages of reducing cost, convenient repair and increasing the lighting area.
