  • Patent number: 11558270
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system, and computer-readable media are disclosed herein. In embodiments, the computer-implemented method may entail receiving, by a data service, live data associated with an entity. The entity may be, for example, a customer of the data service. The method may then route the live data to a dual-queue system of the data service. The live data may be loaded into a live data queue of the dual queue system for processing. Processing may entail generating summary statistics from the live data. An alert may then be transmitted to the customer in response to detecting the occurrence of one or more alert events. In embodiments, the alert events may include events identified in the summary statistics. Additional embodiments are described and/or claimed.

  • Patent number: 11470042
Abstract: Introduced here are threat detection platforms designed to discover possible instances of email account compromise in order to identify threats to an enterprise. In particular, a threat detection platform can examine the digital activities performed with the email accounts associated with employees of the enterprise to determine whether any email accounts are exhibiting abnormal behavior. Examples of digital activities include the reception of an incoming email, transmission of an outgoing email, creation of a mail filter, and occurrence of a sign-in event (also referred to as a “login event”). Thus, the threat detection platform can monitor the digital activities performed with a given email account to determine the likelihood that the given email account has been compromised.

  • Patent number: 11356488
Abstract: During an online meeting, captured video content generated at an endpoint is analyzed. A participant at the endpoint is identified from the captured video content utilizing face recognition analysis of an isolated facial image of the participant within the captured video content. Identified participant information is generated, modified and/or maintained in response to one or more changes associated with the captured video content, where the one or more changes includes an identification of each participant at the endpoint and/or a change in location of one or more identified participants at the endpoint. In response to a determination of one or more criteria being satisfied, the identified participant information is provided in video content for transmission to a remote endpoint (to facilitate display of identifiers for one or more identified participants in the display at the remote endpoint).

  • Patent number: 11316760
Abstract: A device receives a communication associated with a support issue encountered by a user, and receives information identifying one or more self-support actions performed by the user in relation to the support issue. The device assigns the communication to a position in a support queue. The support queue includes information identifying positions of other communications received from other users, when the other communications are received, and self-support actions performed by the other users. The device associates the information identifying the one or more self-support actions with information identifying the position of the communication and applies respective weights to the one or more self-support actions. The device generates a score for the communication based on applying the respective weights and modifies the position of the communication based on the score. The device performs one or more actions based on modifying the position of the communication.

  • Patent number: 11297118
Abstract: A user device described herein suggests a change to a quality setting associated with the consumption of content from one or more content providers. The change is suggested based both on a user's data plan and on a service quality of content received by the user device. This user-selected quality setting is then provided to the telecommunication network, which reduces network resources available for transmission of the content based on the quality setting. Such reduced network resources cause the content providers to provide content at a service quality no greater than the quality setting. Also, the user may be presented with or defaulted to selecting an option for a program offering consumption of the video content free of charge when provided to the user at a limited service quality. When the user participates, consumption of video content is then conditionally excluded from a consumption metric of the data plan.
