Abstract: An adjustable securement device which retains and secures items of personal property without slippage. The device includes an elastic band, an at least one sliding cinch, and a lanyard attachment mechanism. The elastic band is used to firmly secure and hold the item. The sliding cinch includes a constricting body and a strap-receiving hole. The strap-receiving hole traverses through the constricting body. The elastic band is slidably positioned within the strap-receiving hole to position the body of the elastic band adjacent to itself in order to create two separate loops. The first loop is positioned around the item and constricted tightly by sliding the sliding cinch adjacent to the item, thus securing and holding the item. The second loop is used to attach the lanyard attachment mechanism to the elastic band. The lanyard attachment mechanism is coupled to the elastic band and allows the device to attach to external structures.

Abstract: A snap swivel for fishing includes a snap component and a swivel component. The snap component includes an eye, a first arm member extending down from the eye, a second arm member defining a lever arm, a bottom flexure region extending between the first arm member and the second arm member, and the bottom flexure region exerting a biasing force to urge the second arm member to a relaxed open position. A coil arrangement formed about the first arm member includes an open gap for receipt of a latching hook on the end of the second arm member in interlocking engagement with the first arm member to close the snap with a distal tip of the latching hook contained within the coil arrangement and guarded to prevent snagging or cutting other fishing tackle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a jewelry chain that can be customized with accessory chains. The jewelry chain includes a base chain, base chain segments, terminating base chain segments, and first and second extender links. Each end of the base chain is connected by first extender links to base chain segments and the other end of each of the base chain segments is connected by second extender links to terminating base chain segments. Each of the other ends of the terminating base chain segment can be connected together, in a removable manner, when worn by a user. A first accessory chain can be connected between the first extender link, and/or a second accessory chain can be connected between the second extender links. The first and second accessory chains can be the same length. The base chain and accessory chains are interconnected and displayed without tangling around the wearer's neck.
