Abstract: The disclosed wedding ring necklace pendant includes the necklace, a retainer ring, the wedding ring the ring holder pendant, the pendant attachments, the retaining rod and the retaining rod rings. The retainer ring rotates 360 degrees to accommodate a flat and a perpendicular orientation to a wearer's chest. The retaining rod slides in and out of the retaining rod rings to hold the wedding ring between the retaining rod rings. A love bird pendant is slidingly attached to the necklace to move along its length. The love bird pendant is also attached to the necklace permanently and semi-permanently via crimped pendant attachments. Other ornamental designs include two heart halves, the letters “LOVE,” and other romantic and endearing symbols and words. Various designs also prevent an escape of the wedding ring from the pendant retainers including multiple loop retainers, hinges, rod bumps and enlargements.

When the knob is rotated relative to the case in a fastening direction, the spool is not affected by the locking unit and is allowed to rotate in the fastening direction for fastening the lace. When the knob is rotated relative to the case in a loosening direction, the spool is allowed to freely rotate in the loosening direction to release the lace. As the knob is engaged with the housing via an engagement between the mounted portion and the engaged portion, the housing, the locking unit, the knob and the spool are combined and restricted.

Abstract: A medical alert necklace is formed with a container loop wearable around a neck of a user and contains a medical dose as an ingestible for the user. The medical alert necklace includes a personalized pendant that uniquely identifies the user as having a medical condition, and includes a quick response (QR) code accessible to identify an emergency contact person for the user and/or medical information about the user. The medical alert necklace can also include an alert system that receives an alert activation from a smartphone and activates to warn of a hypoglycemic condition of the user. The medical alert necklace has a fastening system to secure the container loop around the user, such as a magnetic clasp. The fastening system includes a plunger press-fit into the container loop.
