Abstract: A leak resistant drinking cup has a container for holding liquid and a lid assembly selectively attachable to the container. A diaphragm of the cup includes a liquid discharge member and a sealing member adapted for movement between a sealed position in which the sealing member blocks the flow of liquid from the container to the liquid discharge member, and an unsealed position in which liquid is permitted to flow from the container to the liquid discharge member. The liquid discharge member and sealing member are formed as one-piece.

Abstract: The beverage transport organizer is an apparatus system that provides a user with a facilitated means of transporting a plurality of different beverage vessels. The apparatus system utilizes a beverage carrier and an insert panel. The beverage carrier is a container that holds the plurality of different beverage vessels during transport. The insert panel is positioned within the beverage carrier and provides a means of organizing beverage vessels for transport. The insert panel uses particularly shaped holders that accommodate beverage vessels of varying shapes and sizes. The beverage holders of the insert panel prevent beverage vessels from hitting against each other during transport, reducing the broken or chipped glassware.

Abstract: A paint brush cover has a bottom opening; a stretchable, breathable, moisture-wicking fabric body with an internal volume less than a volume of an inserted paint brush head; and a top opening narrower than the fabric body and the paint brush head and sized to freely admit the brush handle. A paint brush is inserted handle-first through the bottom opening until the wider brush head registers in a fully covered position with the brush head stretching the fabric body into moisture-wicking contact against the bristles, and with the bristle ends spaced above the bottom opening. The bottom opening may be stiffened with a flexible stiffener that flexes open when a brush head is inserted, or with a closure flap.

Abstract: A slide and shell container for consumer goods includes an outer shell and an inner slide. The inner slide includes a box and a lid, which is hingedly connected to the box at a hinge. The inner slide is slidable within the outer shell between a closed position in which the lid is closed and an open position in which the lid is open. The lid includes a lid flap which is arranged between the inner slide and the outer shell such that an engagement of the lid flap and the outer shell is capable of opening the lid. The lid flap is capable of engaging with the outer shell during movement of the inner slide from the closed position to the open position. The lid also includes a top wall, a back wall, a first side wall and a second side wall. The first side wall is connected through a fold line to the back wall and is connected through a fold line to the top wall.

Abstract: A method of producing a brush for carrying out surface roughing, polishing, lapping, and smoothing operations comprises a first molding operation of one or more mixes including one or more moldable synthetic materials so as to obtain a base portion (6; 160) and a plurality of bristle members (3; 130, 130a, 130b) projecting from a surface (6a; 160a) of the base portion (6; 160) and including at least one abrasive material. The invention also relates to a brush tool of synthetic material including one or more abrasive grain material in the bristle members (3; 130, 130a, 130b) thereof.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a storing and mixing apparatus is provided and includes a container having a reservoir, a neck, and a seal protrusion extending toward the longitudinal center of the container. The apparatus further includes a cap having a compartment with an off-center funnel part that extends toward an inner surface of the neck and ends in a dispenser opening that engages or disengages with the seal protrusion upon actuation of the cap between a first position and a second position of the dispenser opening relative to the seal protrusion. A method of using such an apparatus is also disclosed.

Abstract: There is provided a storing case adapted to be disposed on top of an amplifier, an amplifier head, or an amplifier stack. The storing case is adapted to receive various accessories normally used by a musician and for storing them. The storing case has an external surface which is made of a material at least visually similar to the material of external surfaces of the amplifier, amplifier head, or amplifier stack. When the storing case is disposed on the amplifier, amplifier head, or amplifier stack, which is disposed on a stage, the storing case seems to be, for a spectator in front of the stage, an integral part of a set comprising the storing case and the amplifier, amplifier head, or amplifier stack.

The holder seats the portable electronic device upon a tray, and secures the device in such position preferably via a compression fit where the walls of the tray engage against and hold the edges of the device. Abstract: A receptacle for holding a meltable sharps container during a sterilization process in which the meltable sharps container and any contained sharps are heated. The receptacle includes a side wall and a bottom wall having respective interior surfaces defining a space for receiving the meltable sharps container. The receptacle also includes a plurality of recessed areas in the interior surface of the bottom wall, and a plurality of elevated areas on the interior surface of the bottom wall, whereby as the sharps container melts, material from the sharps container flows into the recessed areas and the elevated areas hold the contained sharps above the recessed areas, so as to inhibit the contained sharps from protruding through the melted sharps container.

A capture lid (22) and twist-off securing structures (32, 40A, 40B, 42) of the case are secured between the display and backing layers (14, 16) of the package (12) to prevent the display base (24) from passing completely through the display layer (14). The display base (24) replaces a traditional transparent blister or projection of a blister pack during display of the product (30), and during usage of the product (30), thereby minimizing materials and manufacturing costs, while providing in one package (12) both a product (30) and a removable protective case (20) integral with the package (12).

Abstract: The present invention discloses a wrench rack comprising a main frame, two recess bases, a linkage member and a cover plate. Two recess bases are set on the main frame, and each recess base has a plurality of recesses defined on its front for handle portions of wrenches to be engaged. The linkage member links with the main frame and the cover plate respectively. When the cover plate covers up the front of the main frame, the wrenches are limited. When the cover plate is flipped to the rear of the main frame, the cover plate is able to sustain the main frame along with the stand of the main frame. Therefore, the stability of the holder to place wrenches can be improved and so can the flexibility for users.

Abstract: Techniques for providing cost effective and tamper evident prepaid card packaging are described. By forming a cutout in a panel of the prepaid card packaging, covering the cutout with a material such as red glassine, and aligning an activation bar code or other indicia on the card with the cutout when mounting the card within the packaging, the security of the activation indicia can be better maintained. After purchase, the bar code can be scanned through the red glassine but prior to purchase, the red glassine prevents photocopying.

Abstract: The present invention is related to an adjustable inclined tool box for holding tools. In addition, the user can comfortably lie on the tool box at an incline when working in a supine position. The incline of the tool box can be changed by adjusting the height of at least one height adjustable foot connected to the bottom of the tool box. An optional lip connected to the tool box and extending therefrom can be provided in order to provide a smooth transition from the back rest of the tool box to a cabinet space floor if being used for work under a cabinet.
